I love noises off, I really hope you grow to enjoy it because it could be so much fun if you put your heart into it. :p

I hold a degree in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University. It is useless. Now I'm funny for money. Oh, and I sing.

I was homeschooled so I missed out on actually being IN the high school musicals but I go to all the shows at all the different high schools around here. :) They always do a musical in the spring and a straight play in the fall. This spring one of the schools is doing Les Mis and another one is possibly doing The King and I. I saw a high school version of Beauty and the Beast last year and it was quite, quite good!

We're doing 2-they decided to do Fame but then the Music department decided that the drama department were taking over so one of the music teachers WROTE a musical based around New Zealand pop music. It's AWFUL, and I'm stuck in that because the music department cast all of their favourites in that and the drama department cast all of their favourites in Fame. The girl who's playing Carmen can't even sing! It's so frustrating!

Sorry, that was just my little rant

I envy those of you that have school that are doing multiple musicals. *sigh* For those of you that have schools that don't do musicals I'm sorry for sounding ungrateful re: High School Musicals. Anyway, We;re doing Hello Dolly! *double sigh w/ slight wine"

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

i'm doing "brigadoon" this year, fantastic show. =)
last year once upon a mattress was done and annie the year before, and zombie prom in the fall of that year. our zombie prom even made it to the international thespian conference in nebraska.. not to brag. haha, no really though, i'm so proud of my high school's theatre department, it really is incredible and i'm proud to be apart of it. we've even had quite a few students who've been involved become famous and be on broadway. a few examples, paris gellar [real name: liza weil] from gilmore girls, went to my high school and was involved with theatre, and also the male lead in bombay dreams [don't know his name haha] in the US did the same. woohoooo!
<3

hear my song; it was made for the time when you don't know where to go, listen to the song that i sing, you'll be fine..

My school is doing Sound of Music. It opens in two weeks. I didn't make it. re: High School Musicals Although I enjoy musicals, I'm more of an actress than a singer. But I'm improving my voice so I could at least get a chorus part in next year's musical.

We finsihed up How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying about 3 months ago, and now we're working on Once Upon A Mattress. For those of you who are performing Little Shop of Horrors, may I ask what state you live in? My director really wanted to do Little Shop but we couldn't get the rights because of the tour.

We're doing Anything Goes..
Which was sort of a disappointment because last year we did West Side Story and it was AMAZING (but its also my favorite musical, so I might be a bit biased)
Anything Goes should turn out really well...we open in early March and I think we're really getting there.

The past few years have been Once Upon A Mattress, Music Man, My Fair Lady, and Damn Yankees.

I'm hearing next year will be "How to Succeed.." and frankly I'm not too excited about it.
