I believe the Wicked reference is due to the fact that Joel Grey originated the role of the Wizard in Wicked.
As for the Blackadder reference, the only one I'm aware of is in one episode (I forget which one, but it was one when Wilson was rooming with House) there's a brief shot of the programs House has TiVo'd and one of them was Blackadder.
House is in his early 40s - he's not that old! (in the second season finale, there was a brief shot of his hospital bracelet, and it had his birthday, and the year was 1960-something)
Next week House is going to be about a child with autism. I will be recording that one.

There was a Blackadder reference last week when Cameron was hissing at Wilson and Cuddy for their "cunning plan".
And once VM comes back, House is definitely getting relegated to later viewing.

You don't have to be "that old" to be waaaay too old for a high school student. And since House's medical bracelet was as imaginary as the rest of that episode, we can't take a thing from it. Wilson says House is "forty-something". That's all we know.
This fanwanking has been brought to you be "I'm done with my paper with time to spare."
Nope. I'm not crying or anything.
i liked it alot.
me and my mom were cracking up when wilson suggested house has aspergers. we knew that was coming. we're been saying that for a long time. there's an episode of auTV where they go thrugh tv checteders that could possibly have forms of autism and house is on there somewhere.
the end reminded me of the end of the episode of "dead zone" where johnny had to help an autistic boy find his dad. like when he connected with house i remember the boy connectoing with johnny at the end like that.
my mom also says she is glad he's "crippled again" i couldn't agree more.
Oh yeah, I was laughing when they mentioned the fact that he might have Aspergers. Saw that one coming a mile away.
you can tell they were building up to it with the whole carpet thing. lol.

Hugh Laurie's hosting SNL, which sounds like the first bright idea they've had in a while. Eee, he's back in sketch comedy! Yay!

C'est perfection! I missed last week's episode (I couldn't wait to watch VM online, so I figured the TiVo would pick up House. It did not), but I greatly enjoyed Sara's recap on TWoP.
I assume the show is off for the month of October due to baseball? Rats.
