Stratford-on-Avon Warwickshire for me.
unless you count flying over the north pole to get to Amsterdam.

Not very, impressive, I know.
Montreal, and Nova Scotia near Prince Edward Island. They are sort of on the same line.
Golders Green, London, U.K.
ETA: This is just farther north than the furthest north I've been in North America, which is... Moose Factory, Ontario.
I've been to the Manchester (UK) airport, but only to change planes, so I don't think that counts.

Somewhere in Alaska. Not sure which place I went to was the furthest north.

New Hampshire. Yeah, beat that.
LOL
I've flown into Reykjavik, Iceland but only as a stop-over.
as of right now, Malmo, Sweden.
As of the next few weeks, Edinburgh or Stockholm, whichever is further North
I believe Reykjavik is might highest point, as I think it's higher than Anchorage. I had an option to go to Lapland when I was in Helsinki, but I passed. The trip sounded too touristy.
I've actually been higher while doing the great circle in the plane, but I'm counting only when I was on the ground.

but Calvin you have "lapped" it all up
(and you'd look SO lap-trendy in those colors!)
Quite possibly!
My reasoning also was that I would have had to have woken up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight, and I wouldn't have had a chance to see the city of Helsinki at all. But I missed seeing Santa.
London!

Not sure which one is farthest north.
Iceland's a bit higher than Moscow, but it depends on where you were in Alaska.
For me: Moscow (55°45')
Bk: Reykjavík, Iceland - 64°4'
Alaska - depends where you were. The state is huge.
