It's ironic and hilarious that you ladies were talking about gay man crushes this weekend because I saw my "gay boyfriend" yesterday. I actually don't know if he's gay, but there's a vibe there. He's a friend of a friend and I see him maybe two or three times a year.

But I Facebooked him so we'll see...ha ha.

That's sad. Hair can completely destroy someone for me...it's not out of the question for someone to cut their hair and go from a 9 to a 4 in my eyes.

newgirl, I love gay boyfriends. I haven't see mine (I have two, but I digress) in months and it's killing me!

Argh, my little sister got a facebook yesterday. I'm still not allowed to have one because I don't have straight A's (and never have and never will!)

Maisie, I saw a high school production of Beauty and the Beast yesterday, and it was actually really, really, really good (the actress who played Belle could definitely have played the role on Broadway if it hadn't closed, and all of the male principles wre brilliant), but I couldn't help thinking the whole time that the only thing that could have made it better would be if you'd been Babette! (Or... if the sound had worked half the tie. That would have been nice, too.)

Are you kidding? Cerveris is the first man I think of when explaining to people that bald is sexy. Before Yul Brynner, before Patrick Stewart, Michael Cerveris. Although he is not so sexy in Fringe, so I'm less likely to wave him around as my example of "bald is hot" these days. XD

Also did not go for tea this morning. Had to go and paint a set, also it's mother's day, so while I'm very sad at not getting to see this guy, I'm kinda relieved. He's coming back for an extended period in summer, so my goal is to make myself freakin' stunning and irresistable for then; it'll most certainly be a "yeah, look what you're missing out on!" thing rather than a "dump her; I'm better!" thing, but it gives me something to do. :3

If we're doing another Facebook friendathon, my name's Jan, I'm friends with many of these ladies, and my profile pic is sepia-toned with button eyes. That should make me findable! I like having theatre friends on FB; it means my nerdier status updates actually get recognised by people.

Kitty should be coming on Friday! Pics will start streaming onto the internet as soon as kitty is here! Also, West End Spring Awakening is fabulous! Sorry y'all, this isn't just patriotic pride, the OLC truly do kick the arses of the OBC. The production is pretty much the same, but kicked up a bucketload of notches. If you're in London, SEE IT. Also, I sat behind (and a little to the left) of Kevin Spacey, and I appear to be a little more excited about that than I thought I was. Moving on!

Right! Now that I'm fully online again, I shall stop doing pseudo-blog entries every few pages, and see if I can get into conversation again. As you were! :3

Glad you're back, Weez! I can't wait to see the kitty...do you have a name picked out or are you waiting until you get to know it a little better? Oh, and...give that boy hell when he comes back.

I'm not a fan of short/bald hair, unless it's Daughtry, Cerveris or Jason Statham. Those dudes pull it OFF, though!

I want a new avatar, but I don't know what I want it to be. It's really pathetic how undecided I am about this. But not as pathetic as the fact that I've been watching "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" all day. This show blows chunks, but it's so. entertaining.

Awesome! We should totally start up the First International Church of the Jackson or something.

As we are adopting the kitty rather than getting a new one, it already has a name (although we still don't know if it's male or female!). It is called Pepsi, and it will stay that way, for 1) I don't wish to confuse it by calling it something else, and 2) I always feel that adopting a pet is a lot like making a friend; you don't rename your friends, so why should you rename an adopted pet? New pets get new names; adopted pets stay as they are. :3

I kinda want a new avatar as well. I've never liked any of them as much as this one:



I might have to go back to it, and balls to gender confusion! Although I've a couple other ideas I might try out first...

I like VonTussleGirl's avatar, actually. I assume it's her? We should all do that! Pick a show logo, and take photos of ourselves recreating them!

That is me, thanks Weez! I tried (and failed, hehe) the 365 Days of self-portraits challenge on Flickr last year, and that was one of the photos that came out of it. I was going through a serious Grey Gardens phase at the time. And yes! You should all try it yourself.

Oh, OF COURSE Cerverais is sexy. That's kind of my point- if he had hair too he'd be so beautiful I'd probably pass out or something!
