BB, those cupcakes.. can you stop posting those? they look sooooooooo good! I might have to make some soon! OH! funny story, once I went to the grocery store, and I wanted to make cupcakes, so I looked and looked looked for cupcake mix... there wasn't any, so I made a cake, but then I realized cake mix and cupcake mix is the same... lol

And Maisie! Those pictures look FABULOUS! congrats on having a successful show!!

Maisie have you ever tried Jergens Natural Glow Lotion? It works pretty well for me, and I'm really pale and burn super easily. Just make sure you scrub the crap out of your hands afterwards or else it gets stuck in your nails and will make your knuckles look really dirty LOL

Newgirl, I know how infuriating buying tickets online can be I tried to buy some No Doubt tickets a couple of weeks ago for around $30, all of a sudden I go to the next page and those friggin tickets sky rocketed to $95 a pop. As I stared at my computer screen all I could think was: "I love ya Gwen, I really do, but I'll stick to cranking up my ipod in the car thank you very much."

Anyhoo, it looks like everyone's doing just fine today but I've gotta do a recap...

No matter how anyone looks, there will always be someone who's totally into it. Hell if you wore an eye patch and said "ARRRR" there's a good chance I'd dig it!! I wish I could say that I'm kidding, but I'm not. I've got a thing for pirates...so sue me!!!

Well everyone I think I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop at work. I got a call over the weekend from a coworker, well now ex-coworker. She just got laid off or as I like to call it "The bitch got her ass fired!!" I was hired exactly a year ago and a few days before she was hired at our cluster of radio stations. As usual the last hired is the first fired and since my hours have already been cut, I'm pretty sure I'm on my way out. *sigh* To be replaced by a PC sucks and this economy is kicking my ass. I swear if they try to make me work a full week knowing full well they're going to fire me...OMIGOD!!! Let's just say if you guys see a case on CNN about a crazed 22 year old African American female who's just been arrested for arson in a riverside town in North Carolina you'll know who it is...cuz I'm burnin' that mutha DOWN!!

Now all I need to do is "geek it out" tonight and watch Chuck and Heroes while drinking Port on my love seat. Which is sad in and of itself because A) I'm drinking alone on a Monday night. B) I'm sitting on a love seat with no LOVE in sight. YAY!!

tofu- I know how you feel! I was just talking to one of my radio friends this weekend. Everybody we know is scared for their job or has lost it. I'm sorry babe...that sucks! I know the feeling of being replaced by a PC for sure. In fact my friend said that she still knows people at her last place if I'm interested and I said not right now! It's not stable enough.

Kels- Go for Millie! It's SUCH a great show.
