Hi All! What a crazy weekend...I'm exhausted!

Kels and Maisie- Congrats on your closing weekend success. Kels your pics are so cute!!! And Maisie...that pic you posted is AWESOME. I was totally gonna comment on how great that set is and then saw that your dad did it. It's awesome!!!

BB- I'm with you...mojitos are okay...but the Wedge-ito sounds AWESOME!

So my crush has officially been cast as Jeffrey in my next show...he's got the title role. I'm excited to work with him again. We got to see each other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and twice on Sunday. And then I see him again tomorrow for the first read through. I think I was smart when I declined an invitation to get drinks with the cast last night after the show. I don't want him to be so sick of me before we even start the next show! Haha. I'm pretty thrilled about our cast, though. It's gonna be great.

My stage manager from Falsettos is really encouraging me to audition for Gypsy this summer. She's SMing that too. It would definitely help to have someone on my side behind that casting table. Hopefully I can use this as a really great motivation to get serious about losing weight. Give it a great effort before the audition and see what happens. :)

Me too Maisie! I got called back for the role few years ago it once but no luck LOL

Well I went to a few auditions yesterday and apparently the director has precast his sister as Natalie/Ed in All Shook Up. When I was told this by a friend three things immediately came to my mind:
1. The director should have announced this with the audition notice. It's unfair to everyone who is ONLY auditioning for Natalie (aka me) and a waste of their time (aka mine).
2. His sister's boobs are bigger than my head, which is a problem since 3/4 of the show Natalie is disguised as a boy (Ed).
3. "B*tch please, I will belt her outta the theater!"

And now I'm done ranting

Luscious, I don't think it'd hurt to audition for any part you wanted. I'm not sure about all of the characters in Gypsy though. All I can think of are the main four then the "You Gotta Get A Gimmick" ladies.

Gah! I hate ticket brokers. I just tried getting U2 tickets online. Within 2 minutes, the price range I wanted were gone and within 6 minutes, there was nothing at all available.

It's so infuriating!
