LOL, he's too old for you Maisie! Plus obviously he's not very nice sending my BIL pictures of his naked girlfriends.
But yeah. They are stupid to have sent them to him in the first place.
So I just spent all afternoon at the hospital with Henry getting 12 stitches from a crash into the coffee table. Then we had to go wait forever for his amoxicillin.

Glad he's doing ok Stock. It's horrible watching your kid get stitches.
Yikes. After reading back through this thread I realize I better stop sending naked pictures of myself out on my cell phone.

Oh my gosh! You know that Artspeak program I told you about that brought Hugh Panaro and Alice Ripley and Michael Cerveris to my school/other nearby schools? On September 21, they're doing Artspeak with Heidi Blickenstaff and Julia Murney at a nearby high school! And Iiiiii am really excited...
Haha, but this is the zillionth time they've brought people who did a musical with Norm Lewis and not Norm himself... Heidi did Little Mermaid, and Julia did the same production of Ragtime that Norm Lewis did.

Cool, Schmerg! Can't wait to hear about it...and I hope, for your sake, that Norm makes it out there soon. He's so dreamy.
Where is everyone today?

I called the Norm and he said he will come soon!
Have fun!
Ah, I've had so much school work lately actually, although, I tend to put it off and play sudoku instead, but I'm trying to get it done quickly! Also, I'm trying to have a good day everyday!
SO, I hope everyone had a great day today :) also, have a good one tomorrow too!

Posted: 9/1/09 at 1:20pmJust wanted to say hi all! Schmerg I think it's amazing that you have big broadway stars come talk at your school. So very cool. :)
#2992I Enjoy Being a Girl
Posted: 9/1/09 at 1:30pmWell, this one's not my school, but a nearby one... but it's open to the public. So I mean, you could even come if you wanted (they're free!) Adult theatre fans come to these things, too.

My boss is away for the week. None of the actual staff members were available to work on Saturday. Instead of going "bank holiday weekend, shop's closed until Tuesday!", the boss's parents decided to work. It did not go well. It continued to not go well today. I don't imagine it'll go well tomorrow. I'm in such a blinding rage that I'm existing in a state of perfect serenity. ^_^
NB: everything in the above paragraph - from "did not go well" to "blinding rage" - is a GROSS understatement.
So I'm watching the original High School Musical with the kids, and the year old baby just upset his father by going over to the TV and turning up the volume so we can hear the songs properly. The baby doesn't know that's what he did, but he was very pleased when we all took the hint and started singing at him. I LOLed.
I might go outside into the garden and roll around on the ground until I'm covered in grass-stains and slightly concussed. That definitely sounds like a sensible plan of action, right?

HSM
Ok, so I just hung up the phone with my friend and I dunno, thinks are so rough. She barely has anytime now that she is back at college, which is fine, but every time she contacts me, she talks about boys and nothing else. I got so sick of it because then she just didn't care about asking how i was anymore, so I messaged her and so now we just talked and she just doesn't get it :/ Oh well
On the bright side, last week, I submitted a picture to the Ingrid Michaelson Photo Contest. Basically, you had to take a picture of yourself wearing an Ingrid Michaelson t-shirt along with your friend. Well, I was home alone, so I got out my cardboard cutout of Zac Efron and put a piece of paper on him that said "Zac <3's Ingrid". Well, I just got an email saying I am a runner up!
So, I won her new cd/some stickers
anyway, that totally made my day :)
Now, I have to go study for a test tomorrow as well as write a 3-4 paper on something lol.

Piano! That is so cool about the contest! And that was a splendidly creative idea for the picture, too!
So... I'm in a horrible mood. I had my schedule for next year all squared away-- my counselor and I fixed up a small scheduling error where they gave me theatre and musical theatre the same period, so I signed up for musical theatre and chose creative writing instead of theatre. No problem there. This was a month ago.
Today, I got my official schedule. It was mostly fine, but I noticed that they put me in intermediate chorus instead of Madrigals. I was worried, but not panicked, so I talked to my counselor. And she told me that Mads was the same period as AP German, and had put me in AP German instead. WHY DIDN'T SHE TELL ME THIS MONTHS AGO? I've already started doing Mads and paid over a hundred dollars in costumes and stuff, let alone the fact that there are only 16 people in that chorus and I signed commitment forms, so I have to do Mads. But I have to drop German, which I wanted to continue for the rest of my life.
The problem is, if I take Mads instead of German, I'll be in three choruses. And I want to take at least four APs, so I want to replace intermediate chorus with an AP. But since she only communicated with me today, I'm sure pretty much every AP elective is full. I just feel so depressed about dropping German... German lessons have been a huge part of my life since I was six, and a scheduling conflict kept me from taking AP German last year.
AP German is not offered online, and my only option would be to take German at a community college... but I'm already in a million organizations, choruses, clubs, plays, and honor societies. INSANITY!!!

That is so weird I was just singing some HSM songs for no apparent reason...
Speaking of weird.... the ex that I removed from my fb friends sent me a THIRD friend request along with a "Why aren't you talking to me?" message. This d-bag just won't listen/think/take a hint! I am a wee bit worried and am starting to think about blocking him completely.... what do you girls think?
On a happier note, I am officially starting on my AMDA application tonight!!! I really hope I get in.... I actually kinda have no clue what I'll do if I don't :-/
