Have fun Clever! Let us know how it all went
hope you had a blast!
Have mercy...
Happiness is having a sister, sharing a sandwich, GETTING ALLOOOOONG!!!! (sorry I had a 12th grade Charlie Brown flashback!)
I am in a bit of a pickle and I need to figure it out.... I have a mini crush on someone really redonkulous. He's my best friends younger brother and he is jailbait. He is way to young for me, but such a sweetheart.... I saw him in a show last night and he's so damn talented and that whole family is so kind and wonderful. Maybe I just want to be a part of that family..... maybe I just need to get my head examined!
Oi

I'm still slightly giddy because I got to meet my beloved Norm Lewis after a show at the Signature Theatre and had a nice chat with him (okay, I was really shy and nervous but he was very friendly) and get my picture taken with him. He hugged me, too. His torso is very hard. ^_^
OH MY!! Schmerg met Norm Lewis!! That's great! Does he have any idea he met his #1 fan?
Well, I'm not one of those people who runs up and yells, "I'M YOUR NUMBER ONE FAN!" I was actually really shy about it... I'm always shy around people who impress me. But I did tell him that my mother and I are really big fans and that he was great in Little Mermaid and Les Mis. I did briefly meet him before after Little Mermaid and got his autograph, but I never actually thought I'd get to talk to him and get a picture and stuff.
I'm sure I'm not his number one fan, though. I'd never follow him around the country or see a show he's in multiple times or anything. I saw Little Mermaid one time, I've seen him in this concert that was fifteen minutes away from my house, and I own some of his songs on my iPod.
oh, I'm sorry Schmerg. I didn't mean it as an insult. I just know you are a fan...not a crazy-stalker-fan! I'm glad you got to meet him, though :)
Ahahaha, I was not insulted. I was just clearing it up for anyone who doesn't know me.
Stock, he's four years younger then me..... which wouldn't be a problem if we were older, but he's still in high school and yeah.... it feels odd.

I just wanted to share this with those who caught the VMA's last night...
I love Patrick Swayze and I'll miss him. I was sad enough about that news when I found out this morning that a friend's dog, one of the greatest dogs to ever live, passed away too. RIP Patrick Swayze and Chynna.
LOL- Awesome
So I'm excited. The first show I costumed last year, Musical of Musicals: The Musical, was reviewed by the Ruby Griffith Awards and I got a really nice write up about my costumes from them! YAY!!!!
How are you all doing today?
Thanks!! It said:
Costumes, Makeup and Hair: Lusciouslace's costumes were well-designed,the basic black allowed the rapid addition of more: much was conveyed with these additions. Beyond the black, the costumes were very much in character. The phantom mask was very good. Clearly, costuming, reflected the original shows, which worked very well. Makeup was unobtrusive, except sometimes in Jitter's case where that was intended, and faces were always clearly defined. Hair was as nature or art intended and the styles coped with the variety of headgear that all characters had to wear.
I'm most excited about the part that said they were well-designed, very much in character and that they reflected the original shows. That last part, especially, was what I was going for, even though this is supposed to be a "trunk show"
Here are the costumes:
