I was just debating a trip to the ER myself. A stomach ache, chills, and headache just struck like lightning & I've scared myself into thinking it's something serious.

I'm too much like my grandma, meaning far too stubborn to realize my health issues. I am going to have to be forced out of my house with any kind of illness to avoid leaving home feet first.

I spent last year with a bacterial infection in my lungs that lasted 3 months. The most extreme thing I did was get a prescription to control it. Luckily all gone but still I am stubborn.

Hells, the CAT scan didn't show anything going on...I've had these attacks periodically for many years. I thought once I had my gall bladder out they would go away, but I have had 2 since then. I hadn't eaten anything out of the ordinary that day so I just don't know WHAT brings it on! It feels like a giant contraction of my stomach that just goes on for about a half hour....It is so excruciating though that all I can do is curl up in a ball and pant like a dog. It's very attractive, let me tell you.

Just checkin in! GAH! all you ladies are sick! NO GOOD!!!!!
So, my friend is teaching me to crochet and this scarf I am making is SO bad. I cannot keep the same amount of stitches in each row and I decided to make 4 before next Friday? Oy LOL these will be ugly Christmas gifts! but at least I made them, right?
Anywho, nothing big with me. I finished school last Thursday so I've just been relaxing. Hope everyone is well!!!!!

Haha, I learned how to crochet last year! I had that same problem when I made my first scarf, don't worry you'll ge tthe hang of it.
I'm jealous though, I won't be home until Monday :0(

Yeah, I am staying home sick for the first time in several years. I am unimaginably congested, and my voice sounds like an awful old man. Whenever I talk, I'm like, "WHOA, where'd Harvey Fierstein come from?"

We are expecting maybe a foot of snow this weekend. Of course, this being Philadelphia, the television news is ALL SNOW, ALL THE TIME. The local media have a heart attack if we get an inch, so the possibility of a foot has them foaming at the mouth.
