I think the song is okay, but that "you're my experimental game" line bothers me.
Like she felt the need to justify it.

Katy Perry is one of my current obsessions. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her CD--and her 2 singles from the CD were the 2 produced with Max Martin. She needs to work with him on more than 2 songs on her next CD.
She has a great voice on her CD.. but she's not great live. She doesn't hit like half the notes written live. She's a pretty good performer though. Did anyone see her on SYTYCD? She got a lot better as the performance went on.

Posted: 7/24/08 at 10:46amI didn't know Cathy Dennis co-wrote the song either. She's done quite well for herself as a songwriter -- she also co-wrote Britney's "Toxic" and Kylie Minogue's "Can't Get You Out of My Head."
