I LOVE Where I Live and I HATE Where I Live

I LOVE living in Dallas because everything is so incredibly cheap.

I HATE living in Dallas because there is a Society for Gay Republicans. (I am NOT kidding!)

I LOVE living in Dallas because there are many very good professional theatres in the area.

I HATE living in Dallas because it is in the South and not in the Northeast.

I love living in my dorm room because it's twice as large as the one I had last year.

I hate living in my dorm room because my hall continually smells like cigarettes, pot, and beer. And sometimes urine or vomit on the weekends. Oh, and last week some Red Sox fans set things on fire.

Okay, I hate living in my dorm.

I LOVE living in New York because everything is here.

I HATE living in New York because it's crowded and loud and people are always in your way and shoving pamphlets and free newspapers in your face and telling long sad stories of why you should give them your hard-earned money on the subway while you're trying to read your copy of How I Paid For College.

I hate living in South Carolina because:

1) No professional theatre
2) Full of rednecks
3) Full of biggots

I like living in South Carolina because it has a lot of great scenery

I love living in PA because....agh, unanswerable.

I hate living in PA because it is not NY, where it's crowded and loud and people are always in your way and shoving pamphlets and free newspapers in your face and telling long sad stories of why you should give them your hard-earned money on the subway while you're trying to read your copy of How I Paid For College....which I love.

I love living in Amherst because it is a beautiful area, great schools, wonderful for artisians, great resturants

I hate living in Amherst because of the stupid University students. (note not all University students are stupid. I dislike the stupid ones!) and Town Meeting is a joke.

Nugget, I loved it too - but after the first 15 years or so, it really starts to grate.

I love living in Hartford because New England is so beautiful especially in the fall. I hate it because my family all moved to California.

I LOVE living in NJ because it's so close to the City.
I HATE living in NJ because nothing ever happens here.
I get lost, unless, of course, I'm getting found.

I live in NYC. Well, just for school, so most of the time. In that case, what's not to love?

I'm originally from upstate NY. I love it because it's not TOO far from the City, but I hate it because there's not a damned thing to do.

re: I LOVE Where I Live and I HATE Where I Live

I LOVE where I live in Miami because I can walk to a lot of restaurants and the gym... basically it reminds me of NYC.

I HATE where I live because very few people outside of where we live speak English! I also dislike it because there is SO much construction around our apartment that driving anywhere is an ordeal.

re: I LOVE Where I Live and I HATE Where I Live

I love living in DC because it's a beautiful city with tons of places to go and see and it's close enough to NY to go whenever you like and see a show.

I hate living in DC because it's so da*n expensive that I can't afford to go to NY whenever I want and see a show. re: I LOVE Where I Live and I HATE Where I Live

re: I LOVE Where I Live and I HATE Where I Live

I love living in Mckinney because it's small, everyone knows everyone, but it's only around 20-30 min into the Dallas.

I hate living in Mackinney because it's not NYC, it's not Raliegh (NC) it's a hick town overflowing with people who worship Bush, too many families with billions of little kids with parents begging me to babysit, not enough theatre, it never rains, and people's backyards are way small so they can cram all the houses together and my dog is not very happy...
Here in this cold white room tied up to these machines, it's hard to imagine life as it used to be. Laughing, screaming, tumbling queen... Like the most amazing light show you've ever seen. Whirling, swirling, never blue... How could you go and die? What a selfish thing to do... RIP Jason
