This thread just gets better and better.
I'm not an advocate of posting personal messages, but since Mrs. Stone received a PM condemning and insulting members of this board I thought it made for an interesting and enlightening read.
Once again Osage08 feels put upon while playing a victim and stating no one would listen to her because she's new. Why are you twisting things around? No one stated they weren't listening to you. Not one person dismissed what you said. In fact, most here payed very close attention to what you've been saying. They just didn't care for what they were reading.
What was stated was to question why you thought posters here should be supporting someone who joined two days before announcing they were doing the AIDS Walk and then questioned you why you can't see reasons for them not to support you.
Others were outright shocked that you dismissed the walk, and any work they do, so cavalierly.
No one asked you to jump through a damn hoop, but if it makes you feel better to think that anyone gave you that much thought then perhaps your ego can find its happy place.
