Thanks for making me an example... I think. Seriously, why drag me into a post I had nothing to do with? I'm not mad because I do realize some of you were right in that post. However, I would never ever link things like that to make people look bad in my life. But that's just me. And please PM me to discuss this matter if you feel the need to.

Oh, and to the OP, if it were me, I would be ecstatic to be walking, even if I had no money donated. Heck, I got excited in elementary school if my mom donated like $15 for Jump Rope for Heart because I just liked doing it. I never got anymore donations than that. Actually, I would try to go, even if I were sick or dying because stuff that only comes around once a year or rarely are important to me, and I would be disappointed for not getting to go.

For the record, I don't think osage is a sock puppet and I also don't think she's a terrible person. I'm pretty sure I was a snotty little prig at 20. I just didn't have BWW on which to make an ass out of myself. I just made an ass out of myself in person.

That said, I wonder if the same twenty bucks Mom gave for the walk then became earmarked for the Boeing-Boeing ticket.

Fun fact - The first time I ever saw the word prig was in the Tv Guide when Mommie Dearest premiered on TV. It described Diana Scarwid's character as "an obnoxious prig." I had to look it up! I was very young then. I was just Phyllis Rogers.
