She's gorgeous.
I wonder how many people here are afraid to admit their love for her....
I'm not afraid BSo, I WANT IDINA TO MOTHER ALL 10 of my CHILDERN! I have named them all!
Bob, Shelly, Michelle, Bob Jr., Blanca, Lesa, Jenifer, laurah, Evan, Ashley.
So yeah.
Deep down inside everyone loves Idina Menzel. Unfortunately unlike Broadway Bound Star it isn't biologically possible for Idina and I to make babies.
What if you only have boys Broadway Bound Star?
We don't keep the boys...they are sent downstairs and are our slaves.
Someone's excited for tomorrow.
Idina is HOT in the 'BOOK OF HOT' written by Hottie McHottie, Published by Hot2Trot Co. in the Year of Hotness.
Oohhhhhhh Thenardier,
Where did you find that pic of Idina and Norbert by the tree? I think I'm in love...with both of them!
It surprises me - what with all the Idina fans, that no one posts here.

I think Idina could have a shot at turning me straight.
I don't know what to post, nard, how many times CAN one say Idina is hot?
Well, we can go off topic like the other Appreciation threads....
Or we can talk about SEE WHAT I WANNA SEE.
I'll start.
LaChiusa is one of my favorite composers and I find it rather eerie that Idina is in his next show. Here's why: Someone sent me Idina's "LIFE OF THE PARTY." I enjoyed it a lot. This led me to buy Lippa's THE WILD PARTY CD...and I also discovered Alix Korey (which led me on to David Freidman and ASU). But I also discovered LaChiusa's THE WILD PARTY. Got it. Listened to it a few times. Nothing I was used to. Then I kept listening. All of a sudden something clicked. It isn't about big, belty numbers. It's about a party. And the party as a whole. Not specific scenes.
And that led me onto MARIE CHRISTINE (which led me to Audra McDonald, and back again to another LaChiusa song written for her Carnegie Hall show), HELLO AGAIN, FIRST LADY SUITE (which deepened my admiration for Greg Jbara), and LITTLE FISH (which allowed me to fall even deeper in love with Jennifer Laura Thompson).
Now Idina is in one of his shows, and it feels right. And I feel that it will be perfect in the sens of my favorite composer has a new show with the actress who helped me discover him.
I am actually not at all familiar with LaChuisa's work. I have his Wild Party recording (also the interest in that was sparked by hearing Lippa's version---which I listened to first because of Julia Murney and Idina), but I have yet to listen to it.
I'm really excited about See What I Wanna See mostly because it seems like a work that will show a very different side of Idina's talents. And I'd love to see her in a more "artistic" show than Wicked, if you know what I mean.
I know what you mean.
I love the title song to the show.
It's on Audra's new CD, "Happy Songs."
I think Idina will make it hers.

I'll never ask for one more thing if she gets to play Eva in "Evita" across the pond and here. Oh, and she's the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen in person.
