No joke, when my parents sent me to the rehab clinic to cure my homosexuality one of the things my counselor wanted me to stop doing was masturbating, as that allowed for sin to come into me.

Masturbation could involve a woman which makes his point completely inaccurate. I'd venture to guess that, for most of us, masturbation is a lot more fun with a partner regardless of your sexual orientation. I'm not sure how prevalent it is in the straight community. Probably not as much, but I think it's fairly uninformed to suggest that it never involves someone of the opposite gender.

I've always thought of masturbation of meaning one who has sex with one's self and have always equated mutual masturbation as sexual activity with another person, even if there is no penetration.

I in NO WAY think I'm correct on this matter, but just thought I'd throw that out there.

Besides, if you ask most heterosexual men, they will tell you that putting their hand on THEIR penis, is a MUCH different story than putting their hands on soemone else's.

I think the bottom line is that the millions of masturbating heterosexual men would agree that they are not in fact homosexual. You have to touch your own penis to pee. Does that indicate that you also hold another man's penis when he pees? What if you use a Fleshlight or a melon instead of your hand? Then you're not touching your own penis, so it's ok, right?

The only reason I can think of that this guy comes up with his theory is that he believes the only physical pleasure in masturbation is experienced in the hand. Which means he's been doing it wrong his whole life.
