I really miss Noises Off. It's only been a week but it feels like an eternity. I miss everything about it. I wish I could go back to the first audition and start it all over again.
Post away.

I miss Godspell.
Not only the great high energy fun content of it, but the pure bond of community I made with the small cast.
Love you guys.

I miss The Rocky Horror Show. It technically ended the end of October, but our cast was so incredibly close I miss every one of them every day.
My absolute favorite show that I have ever been in.

Posted: 11/26/06 at 6:08pmI miss Noises Off. It was so thrilling to do an all out farce. Im in cinderella now and it doesnt compare at all. The show was stressful and hard but well worth every minute

I miss Little Women. A lot. Like...damn. I can't listen to it without getting all teary eyed. hahah I miss how close our small cast of 12 was. I miss mic check, singing the end of Weekly Volcano Press without music. I miss our crazy hoopskirts and amazing costumes. I miss our huge set which we'll never see again because some theatre company bought it.
I had 4 wigs. I only miss one of them.
AHHH ::cries::

Posted: 11/26/06 at 9:20pmThe worst about being in such a small cast is that everyone bonds so quickly which makes it all the more harder for the show to end and have everyone go their seperate ways.

Posted: 11/26/06 at 9:34pmI miss Twelfth Night. I miss the AMAZING set on wheels. I miss the gerbils and hamsters in there every night turning it under my feet. I miss our small cast. I miss my wig...a little. I miss sitting on top of the counter in makeup alley with Mandi to do our makeup. I miss the Captain's moustache. I miss the crazy costumes. I miss the music. I miss the cast's antics on stage. I miss the turkey scene. I miss my song. I miss the nightly shake down warm up. I miss playing tag on stage. I miss my boots. Wah. :'(

Posted: 11/26/06 at 10:05pmI miss Godspell. It was so much fun because it was a small cast and everyone knew everyone else. The next 2 musicals I did were large casts and it would take forever to get to know everyone. There were times when I didn't find out who someone was until our dress rehersals.

A Chorus Line...
We may not have been the greatest production. But for 2 and half weeks to learn the entire show, I say we did pretty damn awesome.

Posted: 11/26/06 at 11:01pmI miss Les Miserables...SO much. I learned a lot during that show and met so many good people. God, I was such a mess on closing night. I could barely squeeze out the finale, I was so broken up. I can't even listen to the cast recording anymore without getting teary-eyed.

Posted: 11/28/06 at 4:18pmI miss Peter Pan sooo much...everyone was really cool in that show. Everyone got along, it was amazing! I also miss when I was Veruca Salt in Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. Best role ever! (Of the ones that I've had). lol.

Posted: 11/28/06 at 5:23pmI miss Guys & Dolls. It ended in May, but I had such an amazing time. I was General Cartwright, which was a small part, but totally worth it. I miss our Benny making fun of me after my "There! Don't you feel better now?" It took all of my energy not to break character.

I miss Seussical. I don't care that the show is bad. But I was in it at Stagedoor Manor and I swear it was one of the best experiences of my life.
A whole year to see my amazing SDM friends again =(
Now I'm in another show that was produced at the theatre company, TADA! so soon enough I'll be missing this one a lot.

I miss the Music Man.
During tech week, I broke up with my first boyfriend of a year and a half, my last remaining grandfather died, and my car got a flat tire on opening night. What I truly miss was the escape that the show provided for me. Every night I had something fun to look forward to and I could lose myself in the story and forget my problems. Not to mention the extremely talented and supportive cast I was surrounded with! This show is the one I've felt the most connected to and involved in, acting wise and emotionally.
*siiiiiigh* MAJOR withdrawal, especially since I had to face all my stupid problems when I came back to reality.

i miss The Taming of the Shrew
we had a cast of about 30, and we were the closest cast i have ever been in. we all loved the show so much because we knew no one had ever done it like us before (we did it bollywood style). we really connected to the material and gave it our all every single performance. jeez, i will miss it. nothing will ever compare.
