I prefer when the Sensor changes to 10 and Mark screams "GOD IS LOVE!"
I have a paula song in my head now, but I can't think of the title. Did she have a tune called Knocked Out or something?

Somebody, PLEASE come and rescue me from my own life.
I cannot take any more of it.

Our Mark doesn't do that...
P.S. Tazzy, yep.

OR when Mark says to Juan
"Feliz Cumple-anus, Juan!"{
She did indeed.
"knocked...out...baby there's no doubt; it's you that makes my heart beat...you've got me knocked...out...turn me inside out, you set me up on my feet"
I was just listening to it this morning on the train :)
Ah. Tyler Maynard almost always did it. It proceeded to get more and more over-the-top, but always hilarious.

DGG, I've felt the same way today. Great morning, but after lunch, it all went downhill.
Wow, I'm having Paula flashbacks!
"Cumple-anus"? That's hilarious. Never heard that in the NYC production.

I bet that would be funny. At the same time, though, I really love the little elements of the show that they've changed from the original. They really make each production unique.

. . . and now I have Straight Up in my head. I should have never tapped into the Paula Abdul section of my brain.

I'm guessing the writing allows for the guys to ad lib as much as they want, when they can.
But Mark says in such a gringo voice...which is why it end in anus.
"Knocked Out" is on the aforementioned megamix.
It also was on one of the MTV Club Party to Go mixes. 1990 or 1991, I think. The one that had Bell Biv Devoe's "Poison" and Suzanne Vega's "Tom's Diner" on it.

"Poison" used to be my JAM in the summers when I'd hang out at my cousin's pool, yo.
Ahh, mem'ries.
I love that song! I am going home after school and downloading her greatest hits.
DGG, I'll rescue you. I'll send one of my emissaries to come and get you.
"Forever Your Girl" is my fave Paula Abdul song. Question: At the end when she and guys go "If we live 'til forever, baby" is that supposed to sound like the tape player ate the cassette?
I always hated that backup singer guy, whatever her Richard-Carpenter-without-the-piano-playing-ability's name was. And he had way too big of a part in that song (and an even bigger one in "Opposites Attract").

Thanks, Taz.
Could you make sure it's a cute, straight one?
You're a demanding little thing, aren't you DGG? Hanging out with Rath a little too much, methinks!

Hey, I just want to know if they exist, these straight knights in shining armor! Don't blame me for trying!
I'll try to send robos then if he's available.

Ready and willing!
Ah, yes, the 19 year old boy who's obsessed with musical theater, is a theater MAJOR, and has a Facebook album dedicated to photos of him in stage makeup.
The very BUTCHEST of straight boys for our DGG!
Heh, I read that as robots and wondered if DGG had given up on humanity.
