I just got home from a board meeting for this org. I do charity work for. And it just started thundering outside. I love a summer storm!

I'm ok. luckily it finally stopped raining here. We went and signed mom up to our cell phone plan tonight. No need for her to spend a lot of money, when she can just be added to our plan for $10.00.
It's quite funny because I have been so independent from my family my whole life financially and all that. And now in the last month we are combing bills, looking to buy a two family house together, etc. It is quite an odd adjustment, but I gotta do what I gotta do to take care of her.

God i can so relate. It's weird. Jay, Ari and I live nearby our folks but ever since the coma we have almost moved dad into our apartment.
He's not old by any means, but without mom, he's so lost.

Posted: 6/4/07 at 10:13pmawww, what good sons you are. It is weird how stuff like with my mom and your dad happen w/out really realizing it. My mom isn't lost, but when my grandma died my grandfather was a bit out of it. He had never had to do his own laundry, or cook, etc. It took a while but he finally go the hang of it!

yea, things are slowly getting back to normal. Mom will still be in rehabilitation for awhile, but it's getting better.
SM2-why aren't you concentrating on that briliiant movie your watching?

ok I can get about half of what you were saying SM2 without reaching for my spanish book. Speaking of which, I am taking college spanish starting in about 2 days so I have any problems, I am pm-ing you :)
