Posted: 6/5/07 at 9:49amshe's fine, for now, she's asleep in her swing. I wish I was (grumble, grumble). I'm just still bummed over my friends' situation. Plus this weekend was just a PITA. Hubbie went to Denver to pick up a truck that his dad gave us. well it started running badly. our friend drove out to meet him. they ended up leaving our truck on the side of the highway and having our friend bring them home. the trip to Denver & back, we expected to cost us about $300 has now cost us closer to $1000. we had to get the truck towed plus our car was starting to break down so hubbie traded it in yesterday. Anyway, it's just been a horrible last few days.

Posted: 6/5/07 at 11:27amwell, more like we still only have one vehicle. my oldest son has a blazer though too, if we really need to go somewhere. It's mostly a money issue. We still have to pay for the tow which is something like $500 plus whatever is wrong with the truck, if it is even worth fixing.
