It is so ugly outside. I just want to close all the blinds and curtains and curl up on the sofa.

I am going to be all by my lonesome in about an hour or so. My roomie is going home for the holidays in a few. We just exchanged gifts and she gave me an original Playbill of West Side Story. It is from August 4, 1958. It is so awesome.

In my opinion, the only reason to come to Vegas is to eat and shop.

The Cirque shows are bad ass, but the Broadway wanna-bes are just that, wanna-be. Don't come here to see them. The few I've seen are good, but not worth the price. Most hotels have discounts, or even free tickets. See them free if you can.

I used to think it would be great to go to Vegas but now I really don't see the appeal. After going out to Colorado and Utah this past summer I would much rather go back there, see the Rockies and some of the absolutely mesmerizing natural beauty of the southwest US, than go to Vegas. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life.

I'd like to see the Phantom in Vegas because the design is supposed to be fabulous, but the show's a one-act catastrophe like most Vegas fake-ups.

The Grand Canyon was probably the most beautiful thing I have encountered. I would go back there in a second. I also love the mountains. Been to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee several times.

The farthest I have been is the Grand Canyon. It is so worth it. New Zealand and Australia, Ireland, Scotland, France & Italy would be my dream places to visit.
