Parks you need your head looking at! Dieting is dangerous when you don't know what you're doing and can quickly evolve into a problem. If you wanna lose weight (which i can;t understand!) then like CM2 said cut out the extra's and do regular exercise. There's so much you need to check before you start dieting... speak to your GP! Personally i'd just start jogging and swimming more... at your age your body isn;t developed enough to use a gym!
I had to keep my weight at a certain level when i was competing and as soon as i stopped my weight doubled... regular exercise and eating healthy though is the key!

i don't gain weight either but i wasn;t gonna say it where poeple are talking about diets.... oooops! I only put weight on because my weight was LOW when i was competing... a little hard to do somersaults with a bowling ball inside of you 
... i can still do them now people... just need an oxygen machine, cig and a pint after to get me back to normal

I belong to WW and I heard an interesting fact at my last meeting. Your body can only physically lose 2 lbs of fat per week...everything else is water or tissue, including muscles and organs. Slow n' easy is the way to go...for many things, actually!
