ConvinceMe, good for you for speaking so directly (but caringly) to boytobroadway. A skinny 14 year old who only eats two small snacks a day but still feels fat does need some help and guidance. I hope that boytobroadway will take your advice and stop seeing himself as overweight. Naturally skinny guys can be be hot (I know Zepka will not be happy if I don't say this), but since when is being waif-thin something that guys must aspire to? As for Parks...as a former "fatty," of course you want to keep the weight off, but staying physically active and eating a balanced diet of healthy (low fat) foods will keep you trim and fit. And we all know you want to be ready for ConvinceMe the day you turn 18!

Eating disorders need to be taken seriously! I was on a "diet" at drama school (we were "advised" what to eat) and i lost so much weight. Thing is i'm slim anyway and people were showing concern but i took what they said as gospel it was only when i was in lifeguard training the coach took me to one side and asked why my swim shorts were loose that i knew there was a problem! At 14 chances are it's "puppy fat" and it does go! My friend was really chubby at school and when she turned 16 she was slim as anything naturally... don't fret about weight at that age because every persons body and matabolism is different and works in different ways! You need to eat because like CM2 said... you will end up seriosuly ill and possibly dead! Get some food down your neck and talk to someone NOW because it's an issue that does need to be addressed!
