Cheap and Greedy Producers! They have no problem paying the men millions, but Paula is not worth it I guess. Not a huge fan of Paula's but to me,this is sexism at it's worst!

Maybe it's not so much that she's a woman, but that she's completely useless?
Well that does it I will never watch American Idol again! Never watched it to begin with but never again!
Eh. That show is reaching it's end soon anyway.
Good! She's a dunce and too misguiding in her feedback.
She can't even string a sentence together, but I feel a little sorry for her.

Oh no! Well, American Idol's ratings just went WAY down... :-/
I do feel sorry for her for some reason. She's the one people really knew when the show began. Now that they can float without her, they toss her. Doesn't seem right.
Wow. I didn't think this would happen. I thought it was just a bunch of empty threats and rumors. I guess I was wrong. I will miss her, the strange clapping, and her incoherent thoughts and feedback.
Honestly... I can't say that I'm affected by this news. As long as Simon is still a judge, I'm good. I just can't believe I have to sit through Kara DioGuardi's mindless dribble for another season. Let's hope she doesn't write another Idol song. "No Boundaries" was THE worst Idol song, in my opinion.

I thought she wanted to be a judge on SYTYCD?
I was watching the news and that's what she said. But Nigel wanted her to stay on AI.

As opposed to those other two judges who aren't Simon Cowell? (Damn if I can remember their names right now. There's the woman and the one who says "dawg" all the time.)

Don't let the door hit you in the ass, Paula.
I'm confused by any sympathy for her. She has no talent beyond choreography, and AI has made her rich beyond anyone's wildest dreams. If she were able to provide any coherent commentary, they would have kept her.
I have to say I'll miss her goofy dancing at inappropriate times......
Danmag, unfortunately, she will get hit by the door, or walk into the door, or trip on the door when she is all hopped up on her "dolls". She's a hot mess and one of the reasons people watch. She can always do another electrifying season of "Hey Paula" on Bravo. She still has her QVC lines. She will be ok. Idol, however, is pretty much over in my eyes. The should have kept her around. So much for Simon and Randy and Ryan "having her back", which they said they did.
I for one am sorry to see her go. Her antics helped make the show interesting. Who wants all serious judges without drama?

I knew this was coming the moment I heard that AI was introducing a 'new judge'. Everyone was getting sick of Paula and her stupidity. The reason why I think they added that Kara girl was to give a little preview of Paula's replacement to see how America reacted. When it turned out that they liked her, I knew that some way or another....Paula would not be present for the next season.
ETA: I doubt that this was Paula's decision.
I agree Jazzy, I think they just thought Paula was becoming too unstable.
Not so sure about saying America "likes" Kara though. I think they could have done better on that front.
but...she...worked...her........ASSS...offf!
I actually didn't mind Kara all that much, yeah she said some pretty stupid things but she was coherent. Paula's been such a mess for so long, I'm very, very glad she got the boot. Now for Randy's fat ass.....

The judges other than Simon are fairly useless. But only Paula Abdul has critiqued performances that haven't happened yet on live television.
That's because she's clairvoyant, Joe. Duh.
