So she is not one of the Ushers who sing "Opening Night"?
BTW, was that Derba Monk by the hotdog stand? I know she is one of the Old Ladies.

In the Trailer, she's in a pink evening gown -so she's not an usher.
Yes, that's Debra Monk with the footlong. Andrea Martin is also one of the old ladies.
Jason Antoon (KZ's abusive husband and the bartender in CONTACT)plays Jason Green, one of the actors auditioning for Hitler.
An article with a lovely pic of La Z to commemorate the first performance this evening.

Isn't she lovely?
Me too - we wouldn't want her to lose her major source of income, would we?!

Since my original thread has fallen off the board, I'll ask here:
Has anyone else seen a commercial for HP Photo Pinters with a bunch of 20-somethings trading photos, and a 1930's-sounding song with lyrics like:
I LOVE A PICTURE BOOK
I LOVE GETTING MY PICTURE TOOK
HOW AM I EVER GONNA GET MY PICTURE TOOK WITH YOU?
I am SURE the singer is KZ. I've heard it four times now, and every time I hear it, I'm more certain it's her.
Can anyone confirm this?

UPDATE on the HP Commercial. I emailed the head of the department, I she emailed me back:
The music for that particular commercial is "What Do I Have to Do to GetMy Picture Took" by Irving Berlin and is from the Broadway Musical "Miss Liberty". The song is available for purchase/download on i-Tunes.
Thanks for writing!
I am in the computer lab right now, but I am going to try and download it later. I don't think however, that it is Karen Ziemba.

Yes! It's from the OCR of Miss Liberty. You can hear a clip on Amazon (link below). Tell me it doesn't sound EXACTLY like Karen! I do believe it is, in fact, a young Mary McCarty of FOLLIES and CHICAGO fame!.

Yeah I just got it off of iTunes. It really does sound just like her. I'm glad we got to the bottom of this Jon. KZ would be proud.
Our girl is looking gorgeous in the new "The Producers" trailer!!
