It was a blow, alright, but not the way you mean. It was a well calculated, planned, fame-whore coming out ball. I have seen a handful of episodes of that ridiculous show and the one where Kim poses for Playboy was in there. What mother goes and watches her daughter pose naked for a magazine (that she KNOWS men will be beating off to all over the world) and doesn't protest? She encouraged it and told her how beautiful she was and how great she looked. A mother would be warning her child that we live in a digital age and that once those pictures are out there, they are out there. They'll be more mainstream than her "accidentally released" porn video. Her kids will be mocked with them. Not Kris. As long as she gets her percentage and it leads to more money, she doesn't care what they do.

She got paid for a video of her having sex, yes, but people are not using whore a matter of fact term. They're using it to insult and degrade her for showing her having sex.

If we're going to matter of fact about it Vanna White, Anna Nicole Smith, Teri Polo, Suzanne Somers, Shannen Doherty, Lisa Rinna, Marilyn Monroe, Linda Evans, Kim Basinger, Jaime Pressly, Farrah Fawcett, Drew Barrymore, Dita Von Teese, Debbie Gibson, & Charlize Theron are all a bunch of whores because they stripped for the camera.
