The whole sketch is brilliant but I'm especially in love with Wig's dead on Elisabeth Hasselbeck impersonation.

I just love that she has the way EH says BARACK OBAMA every single time. It's impossible to describe, but she does it.
Casey Wilson is pretty useless.
She is def not one of the best women of snl present or past. That's actually one of her better moments, which isn't saying too much.
She is hilarious I just started watching SNL this year and now I can't stop

I love Kristen Wiig and think she is definitely one of the best parts of SNL currently.
I agree with you I find myself laughing non stop when she is in a scene.
She IS THE best part of SNL. The only reason it's funny.
I love her.
I used to hate Wiig. I though the Target sketches were so unfunny. Ever since "Knocked Up" though I have been a fan. She si SO effing funny. From Judine to this. Just so good. I did not like Keenan's "Whoopi" at first, but when he did that Grandma eye thing I lost it.
Hasselback said she liked it on "The View" today... wah wah, clearly by her face she didn't. But she did have 400 pieces of paper with her.
Kristen Wiig is brilliant.

Oh my god--I forgot about the eye thing that Keenan did. I had to keep rewinding to that part today. Amazing! haha
My favorite part of the whole sketh was the Fred guy playing Joy Benhar to a T. It was a dead-on, fantastic, brilliant, hilarious impression of her. Love it!
Wiig of course was quite funny as usual, she's great, especially when the writing is at par with her skills.
That other girl is very hit-miss, usually miss. She's no Dratch, Gasteyer, Poehler, Fey, Oteri, Rudolph, Shannon, or even Wiig.
Now that Amy Poehler is gone, all they have left is Kristen and Seth Meyers, who is barely even on the show anymore.
She was great in that, by the way.
Thanks for posting it! I've been looking for the clip on youtube and couldn't find it.

Kristin is now the funniest person on SNL! I love her Suze Orman.

They are very good about policing Youtube for SNL clips, so you will rarely find them there. But they are legally available at both hulu.com and NBC.com.
I love how they addressed it on The View. They didn't even show a clip from the show, just a still photo, even though SNL head writer Seth Meyers was a guest. I'm sure the reason they didn't show a clip was to spare Hasselbeck the embarrassment. I'm sure that Whoopi and Joy would have just laughed the whole thing off.
I agree, Whoopi and Joy would have laughed about it. Not so much Elisabeth.

KRISTEN Wiig is the new Molly Shannon, except less annoying. She's the best cast member on that show right now (Tina Fey doesn't count) and I suspect she'll be carrying a lot more weight now that she and Casey are the only girls left.
I was trying to find a clip of the ladies talking about the SNL sketch but couldn't. I did get to see the clip from the Seth Meyers interview in which Elisabeth seemed to be annoying him about his pro-Obama writing and whatnot.
What an amazing sketch. I love the impersonations, and the Hasslbeck thing has clearly left an impression and sent a shock down the spine of the real one. (see yesterday's View).
I guess there is hope for SNL yet...
Mejust, please fill us in (for those of us who didn't see The View yesterday).
For once she didn't want to talk about politics and Babs consoled her after talking about being on SNL.
I love Kristen but I don't think her impersonation was dead on. The attitude was pretty much there but I wish she would have tried to do her accent better. I also wish she would have talked over the others more and interrupted more. just sayin'
