I don't think Aaron is one of the Oceanic Six.
I think we still have yet to find out.
Yes, Ray, I am going to agree and say that it is Michael in the coffin. That is what I have been saying since the beginning and I'm sticking with it. Juliette would be too obvious.
Libby in next weeks episode? I can't wait! It's too bad you didn't like Charlie, he was one of my favorites and don't think he should have died. But I was glad to see Boone go as well. My favorite character is Desmond so I hope nothing happens to him and he gets to reunite with Penny.

I think it was made pretty obvious in the episode that Jin was not *really* dead.
Sun calling out for him at the hospital, that weird guy looking in on her while she was in labor, Hurley's 'Is anyone else coming? Good', the date on the tombstone... I think Jin's in hiding somewhere or he's still on the island. And I think Sun went to the cemetary and said the things she did ('My doctors said I was calling out for you') because she knew that someone was probably spying on her and she wanted to cover her tracks.
Desmond is my favorite too. I think he's almost everyone's favorite. I expect something tragic and heart wrenchingly sad to happen to him at the end of the series, but I hope I'm wrong.
Nope, Hurley always was and still is my favorite. Second to him would probably be Sawyer.
Though I was *very* upset when Boone died -- perhaps a little more for Ian Somerhalder than the character himself (I fell in love with him in "Rules of Attraction")
I COMPLETELY forgot about Shannon and Boone! They should bring them back in some capacity.
Maggie Grace and Ian Somerhalder have been in each season so far. I doubt they will be in Season 4 though, especially since none of the survivors have had an off-island flash-back since last season. They can't appear in the flash-forwards since they are dead...so who knows?
Hurley is adorable, but Kate, Sun, and Juliet are my favorites.

I don't see at all how that's been made "obvious." A widow (and clearly one who has only been a widow for a couple of months) being in distress and obviously disoriented calling out for her husband hardly seems out of place. I didn't think anything of the guy passing in the hallway except that he was meant to resemble Jin a little to add to Sun's disorientation. The date on the tombstone would is clearly part of the cover-up going on, but doesn't necessitate Jin being alive. It only means that the Oceanic 6, for whatever reason they have this cover-up, have to say that he died IN the crash.
I'm just totally convinced Jin is dead. To reveal that right after he comes to some great emotional resolution (forgiving Sun) is a TOTAL Lost move. And Sun's behavior at the grave just seems to genuine and sincere. I absolutely don't buy that she was acting for whoever might be watching.
How about the Oceanic 6 saying that eight people survived the crash? Who are they claiming "died" afterwards and why did they have to add two people to the survivors? The only one that makes sense to me is saying that Claire survived and then maybe died in childbirth. However, that's only if they're admitting Aaron is Claire's son--and then how in the world could Kate, on trial for murder, manage to get guardianship?
Damon and Carlton have said that the other two people are not important, because there never were two people that survived and died. They are just saying that as part of the story to make it more believable, as we all know, there were more than eight survivors. The creators just said that people are making the other two more important than they are.
I don't think it was obvious that Jin was alive or dead, we have yet to see.
Apparently we'll be getting one more Kate-centric episode this season (rumored to be Episode 10), and there's a casting notice looking for a red-headed female teenager which means we might get a Charlotte flash-back.
Whoaa. Intense ending.
Kinda bummed Danielle died...I really liked her.
Sayid is such a badass.
I guess Blake Bashoff no longer has to worry about leaving Spring Awakening to film additional episodes of Lost...
Well ****.
It appears that Karl and Rousseau is dead.
And now we have 5 weeks of down time.
Blake looked really hot tonight.
Any idea on who the people were who were shooting the arrows at the end? The Others?
The more I think about it, the more I disapprove of Sayid's ratting Michael out. He is afterall trying to save them all.
Sayid's motives are very unclear. And it is a shame about Rousseau - I had hoped for a fuller back story on her. I still think the Oceanic fake is Ben's work, not Widmore's.

For some reason I don't think that Danielle is dead. I could absolutely be wrong but I have always believed that she would be safe at least until there was an episode centered around her backstory.
I'm not sure who was shooting at them, but remember that last episode it was seen that the helicopter was taken out again.
Also news broke this week that Nestor Carbonell will be guest starring in at least one of the five episodes that they are filming now. He played Richard Alpert, who is really (aside from the psychiatrist and Ben) the only notable other who is still alive on the island.
yeah, Danielle may not be dead. thats one of those back stories we still havent gotten (and have essentially been waiting for for the whole series). But Karl is definitely a goner.
Poor Karl
I hope we will still see some of him in flashbacks...
That ending really surprised me and it pretty much came out of nowhere...
We hadn't heard about Danielle, Alex, or Karl in A WHILE and now all of a sudden they show up pretty much out of nowhere and then two of them are dead by the end of the episode? I did expect Blake would be killed off soon because he is awesome in SA, but I definitely wasnt expecting Rousseau to be gone. And apparently Aaron IS one of the Oceanic Six according to next episodes preview, which, to me, is a huge disapointment. I thought they were going to make it more exciting than that and surprise us with someone we didnt expect.
And now we have to wait until April 24th!!!!!!

Meh, that was an alright episode, kinda dull if you ask me...and by kinda I mean really dull. Michael's story after he left the island was pretty boring, so he is tormented about killing Libby and Ana Lucia...big deal. I just feel they spent an episode telling a story they could have told in a shorter time...and the story was just boring.
How neat to finally get a confirmation that Tom was indeed gay!
The ending was so out of the blue and crappy. I can't believe they would kill off Danielle, she is one of the best characters in the show, and I always did feel like there was something else to her (I actually thought she was Ben's spy). Oh well.
I think Ben planned the murder of Karl and Danielle. He wanted Karl gone to protect Alex from getting pregnant, so it makes sense that he'd have him killed. Anyways, I was expecting something interesting, but this was the worst episode of the season, IMO.
As disappointing as it is, it makes sense that Aaron would be one of the Oceanic Six. It's clearly a media label, not something based on he manifest, so a baby would be even BETTER coverage.
I agree that it was a kind've disappointing, uneventful episode. What did we learn that's really new and interesting?
I thought it was actually pretty solid.
Probably the most important piece of information is about the "island" not letting Michael die (explains what happens to Jack at the end of the last season). I hope there's more to it than that the island itself is sentient, but something odd is definitely at play there. Also, does Libby showing up to Michael (more on the boat than in the hospital) reflect on Charley showing up to Hurley at all?
I did think the "Not Yet" was kind of lame. How could Ben have known that he would actually push the button? Did this episode firmly put Lapidus on "good guy" status with his belief they were looking for survivors? Do we believe Ben about the war with Widmore, or that he IS the good guy? The episode definitely pushed the story forward...
Don't even get me started on the random Libby appearance. We get it, Michael feels guilty, seriously did we need them to keep telling us that every other frame? I was hoping Cynthia Watros would actually have something to do in the episode.
Things were told, but it was just too redundant and dull for me to care. The only thing I enjoyed was the fact that as speculated when Damon said that there was a gay character on the island, Tom is indeed gay. When that is the most interesting moment I take from a show that I looooooove, there's a problem.
Remember this is the episode that Damon and Carlton didn't want to show till after the show returned from hiatus. They didn't feel it was the right way to end the first part of the season, they thought it was more of a way to start the second part. The intent was to end with "Ji Yeon" but the network didn't agree.
I think there's more to Libby's second appearance than guilt. Again, character dead on the island appearing to someone who feels guilty about the death off island. I don't think that's a coincidence. (And yes, I think Hurley feels guilty for Charley - remember how he wanted to go with him or help him before he left for The Looking Glass)
Is it possible that Tom switched the guns and gave Michael one that would jam, or do you really think the castaways are unable to commit suicide?
I think this has been the best season so far.
^This has absolutely been the best season, by far.
I agree with the sentiment that Michael's life after going home was not all that interesting, or unpredictable. It was nice to see Tom off of the island, though. And, they did a fine job of explaining away Walt, which is important.
As tricky as Ben is, I'm still thinking Widmore planned the fake wreckage. I don't really have any evidence, it's just a hunch. I do not, however, believe Ben to the "good" person he makes himself out to be. There's more at play there. I also believe he sent Alex, Rousseau, and Karl off, fully knowing what would happen. That just seems like one of his schemes to me, where the motives will not become clear until later on.
My favorite part about the last episode? No Jack!!!

^^I agree. As a "season" this one rocks. I do think the last episode was a bit meh, but it did move the story along somewhat. I think I'm just bitter i have to go without LOST for 5 weeks!
I have to say that Season was a bit like watching paint dry. Nothing happen until the last 4 episodes. This season has been outstanding.
