Lady Gaga - is she for real?

It's no secret i can't stand Gaga's fake pandering persona (though i think she has a great voice) but today she has taken her absurd God like complex to a whole new level.

Following Kelly Osbourne saying in a magazine that Gaga's fans are the worst because they have told Kelly to 'kill herslef' and 'hope she get's raped' GAGA has come out and told KELLY to stop bullying.

Apparently Kelly is a bully because she is on fashion police...doing her job.

Gaga of course bangs on in an open letter about negativity and bullying and blah blah blah yet what did she say when it comes to her fans notorious nasty comments (like Madonna fans spread AIDS and they hope Taylor Swift dies in a car accident)?

"I cannot control my fans, and I discourage them from any negativity and violence, because that is wrong and hurtful - and I do feel baldy that your feelings were hurt.'

Are you kidding me? maybe you could try 'issuing a letter' to your fans to stop wishing people dead, calling Madonna's kids the 'N' word, praying Katy Perry get's cancer etc.

For all her going on and on about bullying i think it's safe to say whatever she is doing is not working when her fans don't even pay attention...or her staff at the 'house of Gaga' (whatever the hell that is) who are just as bad with remarks on twitter.


Sorry for the rant but when did this woman decide she was the voice of the people and positivity?

What a vile vile woman.

(and probably not a shock that Kelly said these remarks ages ago yet Gaga responds now right before her low selling US tour starts)

I don't think she ever decided that. She speaks about the issues she feels are important, like most celebrities do. And she has no control over what some of her fans say and do, like all other celebrities with rabid fans. Saying she should be responsible for the acts of her fans is like saying Jodi Foster is VILE for trying to assassinate a US President.

Also if you follow the story back a little further you will see that Kelly was posting some very nasty unprovoked things about Gaga which is what got her fans riled up.

Oh come off it, i have never seen any other artist with such vile vile fans as she has. And she could speak out to her fans who have been saying this horrendous stuff for a long time....and her STAFF who do the same. She's not an idiot, she knows what is been said. She can issue a statement attacking Kelly Osbourne but not against fans who are wishing Cancer and AIDS on people. Where is her voice of spreading positivity then?

And any comments Kelly made (which were not mean comments) don't warrant 'i hope you get raped and die' attacks. If Gaga is insentient on spreading her word about bullying then should she not be speaking out against those spreading the vile comments?

This woman is a joke, 'it's OK to be whatever size you are' she tells the press when she comments about the fact she has put on weight. 'I'm proud of my figure' yet on Twitter she is telling fans she is training like hell and resisting the cheese burgers to get her looking back to how she was.

Everything about this woman is a joke, she must have a truly idiotic team around her to keep allowing her to open her mouth 'Madonna and her people sent me an email about Born This Way that said they liked it and had no problem with it' yet Madonna's people said that never happened.

She just keeps opening her mouth and contradicting herself, yes all celebs do it but she does every single time. To turn what her vile fans are saying about Kelly back round to Kelly and attack her is giving her fans no reason to stop doing it

I think I've just come to tune it out. Yes, Fashion Police is a nasty negative show, which is why I go upstairs when my mother and sister watch it. I've never really formed any opinion either way about Lady Gaga, but I agree she is not responsible for the behavior of her fans. I'm sure plenty of other celebrities have fans that get out of control - the Bieber fangirls issuing death threats to Selena Gomez, etc. It's never seemed to me, for the little attention I've paid, that she encourages them to do what they do. Aside from issuing a statement saying she does not agree with nor encourage her fans' behavior I don't know what you want her to do.

And I guess I don't know enough about her to know if her staff behaves the same way some of her fans do.

Rude and obnoxious fans are everywhere and not just a thing of Lady Gaga. I don't spend time interacting in places about her, but I see it with celebrities of a much smaller scale as well. If these celebrities were encouraging their fans to act that way, that would be something to worry about. But, most don't. And there are fans who don't act that way.

And Glinda the fact is though that she has NEVER released a statement telling her fans that what they are saying is outrageously horrible yet releases one accusing Kelly Osbourne of bullying.

I don't care if this turns in to 'bash songanddanceman' thread or defend Gaga thread, i 100 percent believe that she knows exactly what her fan base is doing (the press picked up on the 'we hope Taylor Swift gets killed in a car accident' story as well as the hate campaign under Madonna articles about her ...so i know she does) she is 'apparently' their voice so should be using that to promote her own 'if you see bullying stop it' campaign on her own followers (and staff)

That today against Kelly Osbourne (like her or not) was completely unnecessary except for publicity.

Maybe it's just me but fans saying 'Madonna spreads AIDS', 'Taylor Swift should be raped but loads of black men', 'Rhianna looks like an Ape who deserved to be beat up by Chris Brown' and talking about 'putting a gun in Katy Perry's private area' is shocking and should be addressed by the woman accusing someone on Fashion Police of bullying.

Jordan (yawns) it has f**k all to do with Madonna, i just think this is completely irresponsible. So go on do your usual shtick i could not care less.

All artist have nasty fans, thats just the way it is. I don't think anyone with half a brain cell can deny that Lady Gaga's fans go way to far and have done for a few years.

Also Jordan what does this have to do with Madonna? i am also a huge Green Day fan do you want to throw them in as well?

You re honestly telling me that someone who is the head of an anti bullying charity who allows her fans to continue bullying in the most horrendous way and continues to say nothing is fine. Yet will accuse another celeb of bullying because that celeb spoke out about the nasty comments made to her.

And people can post all the links hey want but the difference is that Gaga has an ANTI BULLYING charity. That is her 'thing' that is a cause (and a good one) she is fighting for (i think it's great she has choose to support that, i was a victim of bullying for many years when i was a kid so anything that highlights that is fine by me), but if you are going to back it then back....for everyone, including her fans

Then open your eyes Jordan because i was talking about what he has said to me.....and yes he has. I can't be bothered having a slanging match with you Jordan, i know you live on here and love making joke comments but i just can not be bothered.

The reason i have posted this is because i HATE bullying, my company constantly raises money or awareness against it and today just made me angry. As Sharon Osbourne has quite rightly just pointed out

'stop using your fans to belittle not just Kelly but an endless stream of celebrities. A word from you would stop all the hideous, negative and vile threats from your "little monsters."

That is what my problem is, she just needs to come out and say something to the 37 million twitter followers that their behavior is not acceptable, they don't just throw these remarks at clebs it's at anyone. They are finding people on Facebook who are not fans of Gaga or fans of another artist and posting horrendous things to them.....that is bullying.

I have said on here before many times how against bullying i am (lord knows it can get that way on here), this is not a Lady Gaga thing, it could be any artist who is doing the same thing, it just happens to be her.

Bullying nearly destroyed mine and in turn my families life and has left a horrible affect me (6 weeks institutionalized when i was a teenager on suicide watch and now living with depression and self harming). If you are in the public eye and going to put yourself at the center of a stop bullying campaign then do it.....that includes the people who buy your albums and watch your concerts
