I am a Catholic, and I'm French, but I don't really celebrate Mardi Gras or Lent.
I am doing a project on Carnaval in Spanish class though, so it's all good.
I would do anything to go to New Orleans, I love the Cajun food and the music is wonderful.

At this time I'm glad that we (as in Costa Ricans) don't really give up food for lent, except red meat on Fridays.
