is going to be the greatest moment of television in the new millennium. I cannot wait.
Bayside Forever
I wonder if Lark Voorhees went nutty before or after the show.
WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME ABOUT THIS!!??
JG2, Lark and I have a few mutual friens. I actually just asked how she was doing last week and was told she's been doingn great for a while now and her condition is under control.
Well, that's good to hear!
I am LIVING for how douchey they're making Zach. And Screech calling Slater a prick? Delicious. And the fact that Jessie is the peacemaker??? I'm going to love the living SH*T out of this.*
Yes...I know I'm using character names. I went to spell Gosselear and realized I had no idea no desire to Google.

so did anyone watch this last night? i thought it was pretty hilariously bad... some bad acting all around... but it wasn't as drama filled as I thought it was going to be... it was pretty tame...
now i may have to watch the Brittany Murphy story now!
I did. It actually got boring for me after awhile. Yes, the acting was horrendous. Like what was with Tiffani Thiessen's gloomy, no personality characterization? I kept wondering when she was going to liven up. And I'm so glad that they gave us a bit of the Jessie caffeine pill addiction episode. That was the best.
I doubt any of it was true since it's based on Screech's book "Behind the Bell". It was really tame considering a couple lines in his book like "The road trips were subsidized trips to Assylvania. All you can bang buffets." "Our early friendship got off with a bang—that is, the two of us banging three chicks at the same time, to be precise."
Maybe if they showed that, it wouldn't have bombed in the ratings.
Randy Rainbow's comment was "Did they cast dwarves so that the cell phones would look bigger?"
All I could think of while I was trying to watch this is that it is too bad I do not 420 anymore.
It was REALLY fun to watch high. I couldn't imagine how it was sober.
It was laughable and boring. I also was interested to know what parent would drop a kid off at a TV studio for the day and not be required to stay. Unless the laws are different in LA than NY. All I know is that when I do background work and there is anyone under 18, the parents have to stay. I realize this isn't a super important detail to the movie, but it still bothered me.
Apparently Mario Lopez has a book coming out. Will be interesting to see his take on things or if he mentions anything in detail.

Sites have said Diamond partly asked them to tone it down to try to redeem himself (Screech did seem to be the hero) since he's basically admitted so much ofthe book was made up.

Oh my god, DAME, are you all right?
^ what he said!
Lifetime became trash TV about 5 years ago. Just the level of trash they produce keeps getting lower & lower.
Lifetime was always trash. Its only redeeming quality was Golden Girls rerun, but they don't have that anymore.
I popped a klonopin and watched it last night. Two things...why did Mario Lopez look like Chaka from Land of the Lost?
And two...I kinda loved how kind it was to Elizabeth Berkeley. It made her seem kind and smart and earnest and lovely. I hope that's true.
I thought it was a passable film. I wish it would have had more humor.
Mario Lopez looked like one of Apu's children and was painted as the real dick of the team.

He comes across like a major dick now. I don't buy that "Mr. Nice Guy" persona. He's fake.
