So, LIFETIME saw this and felt it was fit to air?

"I'm doing a terrible job disciplining Tripp," Bristol Palin admits on her Lifetime reality show Life's a Tripp. And yes, giggling when your toddler calls his aunt a 'faggot' is probably not a great way to let him know that's not a nice word.

Look, kids say the darndest things, and it's kind of funny when a child curses. But there's a difference between a precocious utterance of '****' and a homophobic slur. The complete lack of shame is especially embarrassing given that there were cameras filming it all gay friendly Lifetime cameras, no less."

Agree with all you said. The good thing is- no one is watching this show! Hopefully, it will go off the air soon! They've already moved it out of prime time.

I'm curious about 2 things here.

1) Why would Lifetime choose to include this part in the show? They KNOW their bread & butter is housewives and gay men.

2) Why did it make it in the episode to begin with? I can't imagine Sarah and/or Bristol don't have final approval on what ends up in the episode. And even though they're absolute morons, they have to know that doesn't shine nicely upon them as parents.

Although she said her son didn’t use that particular “f-word,” he did in fact say something inappropriate that she is not happy about.
