God, I feel so old now. I just don't give a crap about this show anymore. I'm FFing to get to the performances, because not even Jack Black is interesting this time.

Am I the only gay guy that got a little stirring down below when Shakira was on? She was hot.

Justin good, not great.

And can someone please explain the random backstage voices coming through on TV? I know they're trying to make it all-access, but it took me a half hour before I realized what those noises were supposed to be.

Also...the winners are total horse ****e.

I thought Pink was the only deserving winner I have seen. That video was pretty great. Of course, it is one of the very few that I have seen.

Jack Black is just not funny. He tries too hard.

Nope, but I do know of handful of people who went. And on the bus this afternoon as I was going to Alice's from the bookstore, some guy was harassing someone on the phone to give him a ticket to the VMAs.

so far this is possibly the worst vmas ever.

loved timberlake, beyonce, and aguilera's performances and pink's winning. about all.

aguilera is sick and she still sounded pretty amazing. I extremely recommend listening to 'hurt' on the album. the vocal is astonishing. I can't wait for her to perform it when she back in good health.

I wouldn't say its the worse, I would say 2nd to worse. I think the one where they had no host was the worse! Now that was JUST plain bad.

I wouldn't call Christina anywhere near "incredble," but she was 1,000 times better than everything else tonight. Which still isn't saying much. I'm fascinated by how much terrible music gets airplay today.

Back in my day the VMAs were special! Who can forget Cher doing We All Sleep Alone with the huge parachute half dressed? How about Jon Bon Jovi and Ritchie Sambora doing Wanted: Dead or Alive acoustic?? Madonna in the wedding dress walking down the cake, the FIRST time? Important moments, people.

With the exception of Beyonce and Christina Aguilera's performance, this has to be the worst awards show of all time. Jack Black is beyond awful. What an embarrassing mess of show! And the really funny thing is, they all think they're so cool.
