Madonna on George Bush (!!!)

Madonna on George Bush (!!!)

Madonna attacks Bush at festival

Monday May 1, 01:30 PM

By WENN

Madonna radically altered her music to attack US President George W Bush during her appearance at California music festival Coachella, yesterday.

The Hung Up singer thrilled fans with a six-song set in the Sahara Dance Tent, and took a cheeky swipe at the US leader by changing her song lyrics.

During an energetic rendition of her song I Love New York, Madonna roared, "Just go to Texas and suck George Bush's d**k."

Go back to london madonna, we don't want you, even if we agree with you.

And besides, London makes her "feel like a dork".
And no one grew into anything new, we just became the worst of what we were."

If you don't like her attitude, then you can eff off.
And no one grew into anything new, we just became the worst of what we were."

Or maybe just say "I don't like her attitude".

'eff off' not required.

I don't mean professionally jerby, she's a wonderful business woman and great singer, but personally, she's a joke. When you take a religion and turn it into a fad, you lose all respect that I can give. (she also seems to have accuired Paltrowism as she seems to have forgotten that she's from Detroit, not stratford upon avon.)

It is if you're quoting the song. re: Madonna on George Bush (!!!)

Well, she might have changed it for this version, since "eff off" doesn't quite rhyme with the new lyric.

Wait--she made it a fad? She did that? She isn't doing Kabbalah to be cool. She really believes this stuff. The media hops on board and you go from there.

She does try to promote the religion--but not as a "fad". And if you have a problem with people promoting religion from Jesus to Sandy Patti, then that's one thing.

But let's not pretend Madonna is doing anything that is TRULY objectionable.

And this thread was about her sticking it to Bush: POLITICS. Not religion.

You just wanted to come into the thread and kick a cat, slap a child and steal their candy, and take a big fart. And, I ask you where the sunshine is in your life, darlin'?

Zone - I'm not somebody that pays much attention to her, but I've never gotten the impression that SHE turned it into a fad. That happened because those who do hang on her every word and move made it so. I've always felt that she was seriously investigating her own spirituality.

I'm here to tell you that she's leaving London and relocating to LA, if she already hasn't done it. Glad to have her back! AND front.

And [she'd] still have it all/
Cuz [she's] climbed the Tree of Life, and that is why/
No longer scared if [she] falls"
