Nom. I don't know if you're being "cute" or not. But if you want to get technical - there's no rule about who people nominate (which I can and will change) there's a rule who can BE selected as the COTD.

There's nothing to moderate, and there's nothing to appeal.

There's precedent for this. A few pages backs, SOMMS' nominations included BdwayGirl, and she won -- until it was pointed out that she had already been chosen previously. So, it went to the previous one eliminated, Shira.

I want to be one of those invisible Jeopardy judges to whom Alex Trebek always refers questionable answers, er, questions.
