doodle - it took me until my late twenties to see the movie about your avi all the way through. I had always been too freaked to get through it! When it was re-released in theatres in 2000 so, I said - this is it - I'm seeing it, and I am sitting through the WHOLE THING.
It scared the bejeesus out of me still. Brilliant film that can scare a person like that!

Peach, I get it! I was scared of Ellen Burstyn, I thought that Max Von Sydow played the devil, so I was REALLY scared of him...it is funny how the associations that a kid's imagination makes. When I did finally see it, even with 10 years of hype in my mind, it was scarier than I had imagined.
Boobsie, assuming that my hubby is out of the running, I'd say one of my sisters (not all of them...WAY too much) or my mom. Any one of my friends that makes me laugh.
Celebrity-wise, I'd say Sondheim, if he was a nice guy...I'm sure he'd be fun and funny and interesting.

If you were a pair of shoes, what shoes would you be and why?
If we were out to dinner with you and your best friend, what story are we likely to hear that you would not have told us?
If you could have ANYone over for dinner, who would it be and what would you serve them?

Ooh...ww...thanks for the 'tini!
DBilly, ya gotta guess my screenname first
Okay, now that I am home, with a kitty in my lap, and a new haircut...DD here are your answers:
If you were a pair of shoes, what shoes would you be and why?
I am so fashion unconscious, I may as well say snowshoes...but I'd have to say flip flops...on the beach.
If we were out to dinner with you and your best friend, what story are we likely to hear that you would not have told us?
During the show where we met, I went onstage the night all his friends were attending, whom I'd never met, and all during my solo, center stage, with chorus girls encircling me...my fly was open and I had lavendar underwear on (thank god!)
If you could have ANYone over for dinner, who would it be and what would you serve them?
I cant cook, so dinner would be fabulous takeout...and sharing it with me...Kathy Griffin or Ellen DeGeneres.

Posted: 7/7/06 at 6:45pmThat's what all of his friends were doing, b12b...I'll never live that down...I am still in denial that it happened. I still believe that it's a story he made up to embarrass me and got them all to go along with it...
