Well, the talent competition was very close, but it was the swimsuit competition that really clinched it. Out next Celebrity of the Day (and recipient of all those "scholarships") is...

Did we ever establish whether she even knew that this was her day?
I guess a do-over is a good idea!
Hm... we lost posts... cheeze declining the tiara... the nomination process.
I PMd CJR to let her know. It said she was online, but who knows if she really was.
and, if you have a brother, the same question applies for him.
Wow how did I miss this one? Congrats! (Confetti toss)

CJR-
If you were a picture frame, what shape would you be?
If you were a man, how big would your penis be?
If you could spend one day anywhere on earth, and then have to spend the rest of your life in your hometown, where would you go?
How much do you love me, really?
I'm on the phone with CJR as I'm typing this, and she says when she logged on earlier today from work, it was still yesterday's CotD. There might be a small lapse in the morning where she won't be able to answer all your fun questions, but she's going to try to answer them all before she leaves the office tomorrow.
I quote her "Damn my lack of internet at home!!!"
tell her that she will have all day tomorrow since today was lost due to all the server problems on bww. cjr gets tonight and all day tomorrow. she doesn't give up the throne until thursday at 10 a.m. at the latest.
Ok, she said "FAAAAAAAABULOUS!"
Congrats CJR!
I don't know how familiar you are with this thread, but these are my standard questions. If you don't want to answer them it's OK, I won't hate you for long.
If you were recuperating in a hospital, who would you want in the bed next to you, excluding relatives?
What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?
What's something that we would be surprised to learn about you?
If your house were on fire, what would you grab on the way out?
If we asked an important person in your life to describe you, what would he or she say? How accurate would it be?
What’s something that you’ve never done, but have always wanted to try?
What’s the last great gift that you gave someone? And, that you were given?
Congrats to CJR!
Enjoy your day!
So, my dear, what brought you to BWW?
And, what has been your favorite thread?
for my friend CJR..you deserve to wear this always.

Im HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERE! (I'll be out of the office for maybe an hour and a half, but keep the questions coming and I'll answer them all when I get back to my desk)
I'm so happy to be the CotD today! :)
To answer all the questions asked thus far...
RobbO, I have 2 brothers (one is an adult and married lol), but somehow I think the post with your question was lost.
1, Favorite cookie
Lumpy bumpy cookies -- cinnamon, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip cookies that my grandmother makes. Yum!
2, Hero as a child
Ann Reinking and Vicki Frederick. I grew up wanting to be them.
3, Favorite book as a child
Bridge to Terribithia
4, Way to spend a rainy Saturday
Curled up with a good book :)
If you were a picture frame, what shape would you be?
A heart. It's cheesy, I know but yeah... lol
If you were a man, how big would your penis be?
10 inches Lord knows I already have big ass balls lol
If you could spend one day anywhere on earth, and then have to spend the rest of your life in your hometown, where would you go?
Paris
How much do you love me, really?
So much I think you will never really know You never cease to entertain me!
I have to bolt for now, but I'll be back shortly and I'll pick back up with shameless' questions :)

Thank you for all the congratulations!
Now that Im back at the office, I will pick up where I left off with the questions (and I'll be here for the rest of the day, till 4:30pm)
So, my dear, what brought you to BWW?
--The demise of the Broadway.com boards
And, what has been your favorite thread?
--Antonio in Chicago is a LIE!
If you were recuperating in a hospital, who would you want in the bed next to you, excluding relatives?
--I would say my best friend, but that would assume they'd be sick and in the hospital as well......
What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?
--Finally finding a job I dont loathe showing up to each day
What's something that we would be surprised to learn about you?
--My IQ is 168
If your house were on fire, what would you grab on the way out?
--Probably my most recent photo albums.... I love going through them and remembering all the fun that we had when the pictures were taken
If we asked an important person in your life to describe you, what would he or she say? How accurate would it be?
--Hm... He would probably call me spastic, high maintainance, loveable, funny, sexy, sweet, thoughtful, loyal and cuddly (haha, yes). And he'd be pretty dead on
What’s something that you’ve never done, but have always wanted to try?
--The flying trapeeze!
What’s the last great gift that you gave someone? And, that you were given?
--My best friend had a Celtic cross that belonged to his grandmother... His grandmother has since passed away, but he's always worn it for as long as I've known him. When his show opened last year, he was getting changed backstage for the opening and lost the cross.... and despite looking for it, it was never returned to him. Around the holidays this year, I found myself futher away (geographically and emotionally) from him and my other friends than I ever have been and I wanted to do something really special for each of them. After much research I was able to find a cross almost identical to the one he'd lost -- direct from a silversmith in Galway, Ireland. Shock and happiness doesnt even begin to describe the look on his face when he opened it.
For the last great gift I was given.... it was also this past Christmas. I came into the city to meet up with a really good dancer friend of mine and she surprised me with a Christmas/Just because/thank you for everything/I know you've been kinda down lately gift... it was a very pretty NYC charm bracelet and when she gave it to me she said "I know you've felt like you're so far away lately, so I thought it would be nice if you always had a little bit of New York with you at home."
If a Broadway musical was made about your life, who would play you?
Hahaha Umm..... Roxane Carrasco
