Let me say, first that I have mixed emotions. I am humbled and touch by your gesture BlueMoon. Thank you.

My first reaction was to utter the infamous quote, "If nominated, I will not run; if elected, I will not serve." But I'm not a gal to pass up diamonds or sapphires. I say that with the realization that "...heavy is the head that wears the crown." So I will attempt to hold up my end of this thread in the spirit in which it was created. Just don't expect too much of me.

I guess I should start by saying this really isn't a good weekend, but I don't know if any weekend would be. I really do have to run in a few minutes, but I will attempt to respond to some...SOME...of the post. Most here realize I don't talk about myself. And I certainly don't have the memory for details that some here do. I can't remember any names of any teachers at any grade or education level.

Papa, what? You don't want my favorite pet's name?

My favorite thing about etoile is that you can count on her to never mince words. When she pops in a thread she generally makes her point and gets the hell out of there. And why shouldn't she? She's almost always right.
