Yay, Chloe!!
I have absolutely NO idea who you are, but I have never met a Chloe I didn't like!
If your name weren't Chloe, what would you want it to be?
If you won a few million in the lottery, what would be the first few things you'd do?
Which do you prefer, Sunrise or Sunset and why?
What was your favorite t.v. show when you were growing up?
What was your favorite song from grade school and high school?
What was your favorite childhood toy?
Any siblings?
What's your favorite soft drink?
Do you have a pet?
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
Wow, this is a shock... er, surprise. Thanks, guys. Jaily, my real name isn't Chloe, but if I were to change my username I'd make it something easier to spell. People tend to refer to me as Chole.
CS, I live on Long Island now, but when I did live in Manhattan, I loved being able to do things there on the spur of the moment instead of having to plan in advance.
peach, I order cappuccino from Starbucks - just plain cappuccino. Boring I'm afraid. My favorite ice cream is chocolate. I go for chocolate just about anything.
Boobs -
1) What Inspires you?
Performances and performers that can take me out of myself - that seem transcendent in some way.
2) If you could spend the day with 1 person (dead or alive) who would it be and what would you talk about?
Adam Pascal. I'd see if I could get him to talk about his music, though I have a feeling it would be difficult because he's not very analytical.
3) If you were putting together a scrapbook of your life...what would you include in it?
Aside from family and friends, the various films I've worked on.
StageManager2, it's difficult for me to answer your questions because 1) I don't know a lot of BWWers, and 2) I wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings.
Chloe, what are your favorite book and movie?
And the most interesting place you've ever traveled?
If you won a few million in the lottery, what would be the first few things you'd do?
Share it with some family and friends and get some work done on my house.
Which do you prefer, Sunrise or Sunset and why?
My relationship with these two phenomena is complicated. I like the *idea* of sunrise a lot, but seldom am able to actually witness it. Sunsets can be beautiful but are always a little sad in an autumnal way.
What was your favorite t.v. show when you were growing up?
The Lone Ranger. Yes, I am way too old.
What was your favorite song from grade school and high school?
I just can't remember. There were lots of songs I liked.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
A stuffed panda.
Any siblings?
I have two younger brothers.
What's your favorite soft drink?
I avoid soft drinks, but will have root beer every once in a while.
Do you have a pet?
Two sweet cats.
Chloe, what are your favorite book and movie?
This is very tough, but for now I'll say Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and It's a Wonderful Life.
And the most interesting place you've ever traveled?
Scotland. It wasn't what I expected.

Chloe - Cappucino isn't boring - I order "tall coffee" at Starbucks! That's why it's one of my favorite questions to ask...
What favourite Elton John song and why?
What is your favourite Adam Pascal song and why?
I know you like to analyze song lyrics. What lyrics have you come across that have the most meaning for you?
Congrats Chloe!
If you were recuperating in a hospital, who would you want in the bed next to you, excluding relatives?
What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?
What's something that we would be surprised to learn about you?
If your house were on fire, what would you grab on the way out?
If we asked an important person in your life to describe you, what would he or she say? How accurate would it be?
What’s something that you’ve never done, but have always wanted to try?
What’s the last great gift that you gave someone? And, that you were given?
Congratulatons Chloe. I don't really know you... so this will be fun.
Question time!
If you were a pair of shoes, what shoes would you be and why?
If you could have anyone over for dinner, who would it be and what would you serve them?
If we went out with you and your best friend, what story would he/she tell us about you that you wouldn't have told us yourself?
And now my myspace rip-off questions:
What goal would you like to achieve this year?
Your weakness?
Your biggest fear?
First thought waking up?
Do you shower daily?
Have you been in love?
Do you get along with your parents?
Coffee or Tea?
Cats or Dogs?
Peach, I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Sarah, those are very hard questions, but I'll try.
What favourite Elton John song and why?
I keep going back to "Someone's Final Song" from his Blue Moves album. It has beautiful back-up singing arranged by one of the Beach Boys and a pizzicato bass line in the chorus that is just gorgeous. My favorite songs in his musicals are "Elaborate Lives" from Aida and "The Letter" from Billy Elliot.
What is your favourite Adam Pascal song and why?
Of his recorded songs, probably "I'm With You," but I really love the new songs he performed in LA recently too. Of those, it's a tie between "Cybele" and "A Single Drop of You."
I know you like to analyze song lyrics. What lyrics have you come across that have the most meaning for you?
I can't say any have the *most* meaning, but one of the first set that came to mind is from Joni Mitchell's song "Blue:"
Blue, songs are like tattoos
You know I've been to sea betore
Crown and anchor me
Or let me sail away
Hey blue, here is a song for you
Ink on a pin
Underneath the skin
An empty space to fill in
Well there're so many sinking now
You've got to keep thinking
You can make it thru these waves
Acid, booze, and ass
Needles, guns, and grass
Lots of laughs, lots of laughs
Everybody's saying that hell's the hippest way to go
Well I dont think so
But I'm gonna take a look around it though
Blue, I love you
Blue, here is a shell for you
Inside youll hear a sigh
A foggy lullaby
There is your song from me
Aside from the fact that they're simply brilliant, they remind me of times I've "taken a look around" some hellish situations.

I don't remember the last time I did this much soul-searching. It's interesting though.
Shameless' questions:
If you were recuperating in a hospital, who would you want in the bed next to you, excluding relatives?
My best friend Alice.
What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?
I hate to admit it, but consistently day-to-day it's being on the internet. For a one time only event it would be the Symphony Space Rent movie screening and Q&A.
What's something that we would be surprised to learn about you?
I'm into native plants.
If your house were on fire, what would you grab on the way out?
My cats.
If we asked an important person in your life to describe you, what would he or she say? How accurate would it be?
That I'm stubborn, honest, smart, reliable and insecure. All true.
What’s something that you’ve never done, but have always wanted to try?
Visiting the Greek islands.
Daydreamer's questions:
If you were a pair of shoes, what shoes would you be and why?
Mephistoes. I tend to go for substance over style.
If you could have anyone over for dinner, who would it be and what would you serve them?
The current administration. Arsenic. (Just kidding!)
If we went out with you and your best friend, what story would he/she tell us about you that you wouldn't have told us yourself?
How I stayed with her a while because she didn't want to be alone when she was pregnant and her husband was out of town.
What goal would you like to achieve this year?
Organizing my house.
Your weakness?
Only one? Laziness and timidity for starters.
Your biggest fear?
Being alone in old age.
First thought waking up?
Is that really daylight or can I sleep a while longer?
Do you shower daily?
No
Have you been in love?
Yes
Do you get along with your parents?
No
Coffee or Tea?
Tea
Cats or Dogs?
Cats

Congrats, Chloe!
My "new usual" questions:
What is your favorite role you'd one day like to play (soon as you get cast on Broadway)?
Which is your favorite Broadway songwriter/songwriter team?
What do you do first when you wake up in the morning? ("getting up" doesn't count)
If you were given the power, which past Broadway production would you undo so it never could have happened?
Enjoy your day!
Thanks, Franklin -
What is your favorite role you'd one day like to play (soon as you get cast on Broadway)?
I'd rather leave the performing to those who can do it well!
Which is your favorite Broadway songwriter/songwriter team?
I grew up with Rogers and Hammerstein and Lerner and Loewe, but right now I love Billy Elliot by Elton John and Lee Hall.
What do you do first when you wake up in the morning? ("getting up" doesn't count) Brush my teeth.
If you were given the power, which past Broadway production would you undo so it never could have happened?
I wouldn't want to risk undoing anything in the past. (I used to watch Star Trek.)

That last answer made me laugh a lot!
Aw thanks. I'm not generally considered a laugh riot, so that makes me happy.

Congrats, Chloe! I'm not really sure what to ask you at the moment, but maybe something will come to me later.
Thanks, Lexi. You've probably already asked me anything you wanted to know.
Congrats Chloe!
I'll say my question: "What do you like to do on a rainy day?"
Thanks Rogue -
I don't do this very often, but my ideal (cold) rainy day would be to light a fire in the fireplace, get a glass of wine or hot chocolate, and read Agatha Christie or Dorothy Sayers.
Oooo, that sounds nice!

Another questions just came up for me: Is it you in your avatar?
No, sorry! I'm a woman. That's Adam Pascal during one of his concerts last spring. You can't see his face too well so it's not surprising you didn't recognize him even if you know what he looks like.

Oh, I thought of a question. What surprises you the most when meeting BWWers in person?
Their voices. Often I already know or have an idea of what they look like, but their voices usually surprise me. They talk faster or slower than I expect, or have an accent that it never crossed my mind they would have.

True, I actually didn't recognize him.
