Good morning, everyone.
And, again, I am touched by all the kind remarks. I was overwhelmed by the honor DG bestowed upon me and appreciate the enthusiasm everyone showed in support of his decision.
I've gotta name my successor in a few minutes because I have a meeting at 10am.
This has been one nerve-wracking decision to meet and appreciate Addy letting me bounce my thoughts off of her very able mind.
I'll be right back.

I decided to cast the net out and choose someone who probably never suspected I would tap his shoulder and usher him to the throne for the day.
He posts on a variety of topics and is always interesting to read. I've been intrigued by his viewpoints and love his zeal.
I think it's high time we all got to know more about the man, the myth, the legend,:

Oh lord...at home with the flu and just got a phone call from a little bird who said go on BroadwayWorld. Well, I guess this is better than chicken soup--and now that the 2nd Avenue Deli is closed, here we go.
First things first, my thanks for Beacon, whose stalking of Patrick Wilson has inspired me in my stalking of Karl Rove.
Second, my respects to the CotDs before me--a wonderful group of characters whose zest for life enrich this board.
And third, a thanks to Rob and Craig, the "founders of this feast," as Dickens says in a Christmas Carol.
Now I guess I have to answer questions...
