Oh my goodness, you guys! I really am so touched by this, Plum, you have no idea. I can't even come up with some witty or touching remark to announce my tardy presence here - I got a PM from Boobs saying, "Congrats sweetie!" and I said, "What the hell are you talking about?"

All I can say is this has really made what could've otherwise been a very dull - or dare I say, bad - day and I've got tears in my eyes.

I wish I could say I was late online today because of some glamorous reason, but the reality is I actually slept in because I stayed up into the wee hours of morning to watch CNN (mmm...Anderson Cooper) and then got up early today to watch the Oprah re-run with James frey - then went back to sleep. I'm still somewhat groggy and totally surprised by this - sorry for the incoherency.

Thank you, Plum! And thank you to everyone who posted! (I'm so relieved to see some diversity - I don't think my ego could've taken it if the last 4 pages were just two posters going, "Where is she?" "I don't know." "Yeah, never really liked her much anyway." "And what was WITH those avatars?" "She must be lurking - she's ALWAYS online." "Has she ditched the board?" "Was her last name Stryker?", etc...)

Okay, some answers!

Amasis, you didn't ask a question, but JFTR, I love Hugh Jackman more than MJ by far! (In fact, he's #1 on my "list"...) I said if I could work in locations full time on X3, I would take off any semesters from college just to be there - alas it didn't happen and I got stuck working on crappier film sets instead. (I worked a few days on X2 though, just as a day-call.) I also flew to New York in 2004 to see him in Boy From Oz, and was dared by a friend to get my 12" Van Helsing doll signed by him at the stage door. I so, so, so love this man!

Jaily asked what do I hope to accomplish during my reign... -

It was probably meant as a joke, but I had no idea this lasts until Monday. So all I hope to accomplish this weekend - oh, the irony - is to get out of the house and spend less time on here! Oh, and figure out who'll be my successor on Monday!

Boobs asked how do I come up with my avatars? Which is my favorite one and can I post it?

I come up with my avatars based on what's on my mind or in the news du jour. Some of the newer posters don't know that my taste in sick avatars precede me, so they think you're all making a big deal out of Sarah Jessica Parker (whom I've brought back because she is my fashion idol) and Bean-as-Mona-Lisa. I've been a long-time fan of Jacko's music (the old stuff - pre-History, mainly) so some are done of the respect for him. A lot (the mugshot, deteriorating nose, etc.) are more for my own masochistic amusement. I suppose I've got a pretty high threshold for things that scare me or gross me out so I've never understood why people are frightened of him - I laugh and sigh, but it's never made me ill.

As for my favorite avatar, I don't know if anyone remembers one I had briefly of a bacteria fragment that looked, "unbeknownst to me" , like a severed penis. (Circumsized - I have standards!) As for can I post it? Well, no, because Rob deleted it and I respect that. And I've already scared you with another Jacko picture up above, so I'll give you this one - you should say "Thank You" to 'EponineThenardier'!
