I love how VH1 keeps stating that the place is packed with stars. Amanda Bynes, Brittany Snow, Nikki Blonsky, Ellen Page, Elijah Kelly, and Paul Dano have all been intereviewed and that's about it. It's great for these young actors to attend and get their recognition at a red carpet awards event...but the place hardly has any STARS. The largest thing to a star I've seen was Queen Latifah.

I also love how Ross just GRABBED Eddie Izzard in a desperate attempt to talk to a SOMEONE.

For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

That has to be a joke.

Nikki Blonsky won over Saoirse Ronan?

Okay. These have to be a joke. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Saoirse Ronan gave one of the most brilliant performances by a young actress ever committed to film.

Blonsky was bright, perky and fun....but nothing all that special.

I'm just glad "Falling Slowly" won. That's the only award tonight I'm particularly emotionally invested in, and this gives me more hope for the Oscars (supposing they happen, anyway).

I'm not a Clooney fan, but I'm glad that he said on TV that they need to lock each other in a room until they resolve the strike.

Yes, there are now. But the Red Carpet was vacant as they were all skipping the media and went straight inside (understandably).

Those things make me laugh.
