David Lascher made me ache.
Down there.
It was filmed in my hometown, joining such illustrious company as THE WRAITH and MADHOUSE.
I never watched it, I just thought the article was funny.
"David Lascher made me ache.

Amen to that. Moi aussi!

This seems to be related enough to post this. The 90s Are All That begins next week on the 25th.

I vaguely remember that show. I think I made sure the channel was changed whenever I saw it come on.
I remembered loving this show growing up. I wonder if I'd still love it today. Doesn't sound like it.
What blows my mind about those stills and those clips was that, back in the late eighties/early nineties, it was the general consensus among literally everyone that THE SEVENTIES were the nadir of casual fashion.

I LOVED Hey Dude. And probably still would.

I used to enjoy watching it with my kids when they were, well, kids.

Remember him as Blossom's boyfriend, Vinnie?
Vinnie Bonitardi
I still remember Lascher's brief appearance on Roseanne. He looked so much like Alicia Goranson in the face, I thought they must be related.
I remember that ep too, Matt. He also played a gay teen on 90210.
David on 90210
OMG...Gay Teen David Lascher nearly drove me over the EDGE!
I still talk about it with one of my best friends from high school. I must have been, what? 17? 18? And just about to burst out of the closet. Actually, I was about to burst in a lot of places.
That poor guy who played the Native American kid was the worst actor to appear on Nickelodeon since Kevin Kubusheskie.
How. Very. Dare. You.
I saw Kevin Kubusheskie's Hickey. It was revelatory.
Kevin had a hickey?! Was it from Christine or Lisa?
I'm sure it was no comparison to "Caroline, or Change" starring that girl who played Telly on Salute Your Shorts. If you thought her singing of the theme song was inspiring...

I just bought Hey Dude Season 1 on DVD...I loved this show growing up and I still love it to this day! Such fun.
It was Alanis that gave him a hickey. She was under-age. A song was written.
But whatever...I can't wait to see Alisdair's Vanya.
I've heard if you go frame-by-frame in one of those Groucho Marx doctor sketches he was in, you can catch a brief glimpse of his vanya.
