No offense, but nothing can be that good for people to engage in fights and pull out guns on employees when they are told they have run out. Hell, nothing is that good, to stand in line for hours. If people choose to stand in line for hours that is their business. The other behavior is just a sad commentary on what this world has become.

Popeye's has been around forever and while popular in the inner city, most people have driven by one of their locations for years and not even noticed it was there let alone stopping in to buy something. Now they take that same chicken that's been around forever and because they throw some bread around it, it's the hottest thing on Earth? People are weird, man.

Yep. Sue me. My local one knows my boyfriend and I and they do not care one bit and treat us well, and it’s good fried chicken. Not like I went often or every week or anything."



Chick-fil-A is one of the most (if not THE most) homophobic, anti-LGBTQ family-owned businesses in America today. They are NOT friends of the community, and they DO care one bit about the sexual orientation of you and your boyfriend. If they "treat you well," it's only because they will happily accept your queer dollars. Why would you support a company that doesn't support us? Why would you even admit it?"

Because the people at my chick fil a have specifically said they do not like the way their company treats LGBT community, and I have gone in their with my boyfriend on several occasions.

Here is my local chick fil a. I don't support the companies position but I certainly support my local one standing up for whats right. Its also just fried chicken, not everything needs to be a political statement or revolution.

Thanks, Canada! In one way or another, I have spent my 72 years as a gay man on Planet Earth working for equal human and civil rights. I am left gobsmacked whenever members of the queer community support companies that are so obviously not our friends. It is so easy NOT to give them our money.

Whether the employees at an individual store support it or not, the money you give them still ends up in the hands of those people who are actively working to invalidate your life.
