That was the first thought that came to my mind as soon as they went to luge. They know darn well that a majority of people are watching for the figure skating so that stretch it out so that we have to watch the whole night.
If I didn't love all the olympics I would be aggravated!

I'm with you, Jane. I love the Winter Olympics so I don't *mind* seeing other events, but still...ONE routine and BAM!
Anyway, that was terrific..despite the error! Good performance for first-timers Denney and Barrett!

Posted: 2/14/10 at 8:47pmHannah Kearny's awesome. Shout-out to the first gold medalist of Team USA winning with class, stylish pig-tails sticking out of her helmet, and genuine enthusiasm. Mogul skiers are incredible. That event hurts to watch sometimes.

Jane, I wasn't talking about their score. I just meant that I liked their performance.
But I have this to say about the Russian pair: I can't stand routines that begin with the skaters grabbing their heads and twisting them around!!!
