thing is, if the doc confirms that he prescribed it, there's nothing illegal. it's legal in florida for doctors to write 3rd party prescriptions as long as all parties are aware and the doctor documents it. now i'm off to florida to pick up a bottle of vics prescribed to me under the name duff man, oh yeah.

no, 3rc, that was just an observation. pj doesn't do veiled personal attacks. on anyone. not his style. just ask him. i mean it lowers the level of discourse around here and every single poster on bww hates that. they hate it and refuse to read posts like that. it makes their heads hurt. so they cry. and no one wants to make bww cry.

i know that reading comprehension is tough, pj, but try to follow along, the crying comment in that post didn't refer to you. i have some remedial reading texts still laying around if you'd like to borrow them.

as far other uses as emasculating or feminizing? nah, makes ya look like a crybaby, nothing more. but then, you manage that on your own better than any post i've ever written.

i could postulate that you sure have an obsession with underage boys and male prostitues, you do mention them both often enough, but i wouldn't ever make such an ugly accusation without any evidence to back it up.

i could have said you might have been obsessed about me when you were posting a thread a week with my name in it (after the so-called truce), but why point out the obvious? i could have responded in kind to the way you repeatedly tried to trivialize an honest attempt to stimulate discussion about the possible democratic presidential noiminee, but figured, what's the point?

if anyone else here was spewing the kinda vile bile and meanspirited innuendo and baseless speculation passed off as insider knowledge that you do on a daily basis, i'd say the same to them. fortunately for me, and bww, there's only one paljoey...or so you say.

Viagra + Oxycontin ='s a insensitive prick. Yup, thats Rush alright! Anyone hear him today explain all this on his show? He was talking real fast & trying to be funny. Perhaps he is going though withdrawl (I'm being serious. I knew a guy who went a couple days without xanex & was just miserable!)

Limbaugh detained after luggage search produces pills

Less than two months after striking a deal to avoid criminal prosecution, conservative talk-show host Rush Limbaugh was detained for more than three hours Monday at Palm Beach International Airport after customs agents found a bottle of Viagra prescribed to someone else in his luggage.

Limbaugh, 55, arrived on a private plane from the Dominican Republic about 2 p.m. and walked into a private terminal at Signature Flight Support. A U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer checked his luggage and found the bottle containing 29 blue Viagra tablets, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office....

The sheriff's office will turn the investigation over to the state attorney's office, which will determine whether charges will be filed.

"We believe there might be a violation of state statute, but it will be up to the state attorney's office to make the final determination," Miller said.

The incident comes as Limbaugh waits in legal limbo, a felony charge of doctor-shopping still hanging over his head. Prosecutors charged him with the crime in late April, but entered an agreement with him whereby the charge would be dropped after 18 months upon completion of substance-abuse treatment. He is required to submit to random drug analysis.

State attorney's office spokesman Mike Edmondson said his office also will look into whether Limbaugh violated that agreement with prosecutors. Prosecutors also will examine the possibility of "any doctor being complicit and the possibility of doctors being charged as well."

According to the deferred-prosecution agreement, Limbaugh must refrain from violation of any law.

If prosecutors determine the Viagra possession to be a crime, Limbaugh could again face the felony doctor-shopping charge. Doctor-shopping is a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
