Wow, I'm so excited to get this CD!! I've already preordered it, but I can't wait any longer! Gah! I'm going insane!

That is great stuff Betty, I'm glad I was frozen up trying to talk or I might have said the same. I want them to win (except for not seeing Bee yet) so badly and don't think they have a chance it makes me so sad, I love this show so much!

OTGDY-Yes, it's John Lithgow. It's really funny, so fitting for the show.

SP-I didn't mean it like I don't think that they have a chance. I meant that Chrys and I were specifically talking about best score Tony and I blurted it out to DY that I think HE should win best score. The producers win best musical but I meant that I wanted to see him win the Tony for his score. See, I can't explain what's in my head, OY!

I understand BwBetty, its my pessimism that makes me think they wont win Best Musical. I am really hoping for score though. My biggest problem is I didn't just think DRS was better than Spamalot, I really hated Spamalot and would love to see DRS wipe it away. Anyway, my guy always loses in elections so I even have the horrible fear the very, very misused Tim Curry will somehow beat out my Norby. Hopefully its just paranoia!!

Now, that's more like it! It would be so unbelieveably wrong if anyone else walked away with the Tony. I know I'm a fan and I love him but I'm telling you that no one can take this away from him, he's too good!

Just as we thought, Norbert has been nominated for a Drama Desk award! But the rest of the noms are a bit disturbing. DRS has 10 in all and it looks very good! Sherie, Gregory, and Joanna all have noms but no John. And my Sara Ramirez wasn't nominated, I'm going to cry my eyes out! *cries "why Sara, why!!!"

But yay for Norbs! He's on the road to many awards. It's about time to start putting that shelf up! Was it sabrelady who said that?

I'm sorry chrysanthemum, I cant get behind Raul on this one. I love him but Norbert has me hooked. Pinky you have to get close to Norb he is the sweetest little man ever. He is about a half inch shorter than me I think :)

Ah, the wonder of hearing L5Y for the first few times! L5Y is probably my favorite show (along with tick, tick...Boom!), I love it so much. Which songs do you enjoy the most? I have a mini-obsession with the Schmuel Song and Still Hurting.

Yeah, I'm in love with the entire CD of L5Y! It's just so... great, hehe. As for which songs I enjoy the most, I'd have to say Moving Too Fast, and The Next Ten Minutes. And If I Didn't Believe In You, and Summer In Ohio. Ah, geez, I love them all!!

Welcome to the Norbert lovefest, Allie! You're a legend, cool! I LOVE L5Y because it really shows off his vocal and acting abilities. He sounds so sexy on that recording. But don't make me pick just one song. I can't!

I had a mini meltdown yesterday cuz Sara wasn't nominated but I'm back to my Norbert lovin' ways! I think DRS will do really well in all the different awards ceremonies. David Yazbeck writes some of the funniest music I've ever heard, he really deserves to be recognized by the Wings and Desks and Guilds.

I've been listening to the DRS cd ALOT and I'm in love with it! Besides a couple tracks, it's been the first time hearing them outside of the theater. I keep playing Ruprecht over and over imagining the little dance that Norbert does at the end. I love that dance! I wonder if Jerry choreographed it or if Norbs made it up on his own?

I have never heard L5Y, I really really want to now.
I'm afraid I'll wear out my DRS cd by the weekend I'm to about 30 times through it now and still can't stop. Although I'm on a Little Night Music, interlude at the moment.
