That ****ing sucks. I watch all 3 but Pushing Daisies---that hurts.
Oh well. I'll be that much freer of the shackles of my TV.

PUSHING DAISIES was so brilliant and had such promise. The cast was top notch (especially the women: Anna Friel, Kristin Chenoweth, Swoozie Kurtz, and Ellen Greene made for the best comedy on TV), the storylines were terrific, and just the whole tone of the show was great. Easily one of the best shows playing on TV right now, so original, so unique, just the kind of show that ABC should have been championing from day one.
I was never able to get into ELI STONE and I never gave DIRTY SEXY MONEY a shot so can't talk about those two, although I feel bad for Victor Garber whose post-ALIAS TV shows keep getting canceled. He should get over his whole "I don't wanna do 8 shows a week" thing and come back to Broadway.

Don't care about the other two, but PD!!!
I mean, I know it's been on the rocks all season, but it's just... I was REALLY hoping for a miracle or something. It's not fair. They didn't freaking advertise it enough.
I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

The show had to stop airing episodes just when it was starting to get noticed by people and get some buzz the strike happened and they had to stop airing episodes. I do understand that it did get noticed by some people but clearly not enough.
