I happened to see a couple of episodes of The A-List on Logo and I just could not bare it anymore. When are people going to leave poor Reichen alone to live his life?
First the devastating news that his off-Broadway show was going to cut the number of performances a week from 4 to 3! How is he supposed to live on that? He just bought a beautiful new apartment in NYC to nestle with his new love, when the producers just yanked the rug from under his feet. How is an A-lister to live on that kind of salary? I mean, that probably took his weekly income from $100 to $75!!!
Then, as he snuggled naked from the waist up (and most likely down, covered with sheets) with his hunky and totally sweet Brazilian boyfriend, he was chiding the house-husband for talking to their friends about their private relationship. I mean how DARE the little undocumented? After all Reichen has done for him? Reichen says that he has been burned in the past with his high profile coupling with Lance and does not want his private life shared with the whole world ever again!
I feel so bad for Reichen, how horrid that someone sneaked a camera into his bedroom without his knowledge to film all the little pillow talk he and his new love share...AND THEN BROADCAST IT ALL OVER TELEVISION!!!!!!!!!!! Haven't these people learned anything from the suicide of Tyler Clementi?

Posted: 11/7/10 at 3:01pmI couldn't agree with you more. I think if Reichen has any faults (and I really have to think a while to come up with one), it's that he's too nice. He's one of those selfless, ego-free people who always put the needs of others before their own. When I think of the betrayal he must feel after all he has done for the gay community, it makes me want to cry. Why are people allowed to make undercover video of people's private lives? And how do they get away with broadcasting them? I'm afraid it's going to make Reichen stop being such a benefactor of the gay community after this egregiousness.

I dont feel bad for Reichen one bit! He's the one who decided to go on this reality show and put his life out there for everyone to see. I dont find anything wrong with his boyfriend talking to friends about thier relationship. Everyone needs someone to talk to and it just so happens that the only people that the Brazillian knows happen to be friends with Reichen as well..... and as far as the Reichen and Austin situation, Reichen totally loves the attention from Austin and feed into it while going home and acting like he is such a martyr. From what I see he seems like he is the one who causes his own problems....
I was very affended by a comment Reichen said that went to the effect of" Of course Im going to go out and flirt and hook up to other guys.... what does he expect, its a gay relationship"!!!!!Really???? Whats that supposed to mean? I think that is statements and actions just feeds into what a lot of conservatives think about gay relationships.
I was shocked that they even let the show he was in open after hearing him sing and dance. The boy cant even carry a tune and has 2 left feet! He has no place on a broadway stage...

He didn't ask for his whole life to be put on display and for his relationships to be judged by people he doesn't even know. You people really need to get a life.

Reichen is a friend of mine. I'm not saying anything more about the relationship than that.
About A-List: It's obviously badly scripted and many of the situations are fabricated. It's nauseatingly bad and I've stopped watching it.
BTW: I believe GAY ITALIAN WEDDING is now down to 2 perfs a week.

I hope that is a joke! If Reichen is the next Harvey Milk then I want nothing to do with that gay community!He is no rolemodel...
