I don't know why I'm tickled thinking a BWWer was a block from me just now! oy, I'm wacky.

I'm lovin Carmen, she's so cool. I really want her to go far.
I like Carmen too.
My life revolves around Wednesday nights. Sometimes Thursday, if I'm not home on Wednesday.
scott68, I'm sure he wouldn't loved to have heard that just the other day, you were telling all of us how much you'd like to tap that ass
So was I the only one crying when SJP walked in, just because I knew that the designers were freaking out to see her walk in the door? Who knew she would do basic cable?
I saw the Bitten line when I was in NY this week. My daughter and I didn't really see anything special. We went to the Steve and Barry's in the Manhattan Mall. All they had were simple pants and tops that you could get anywhere. I was happy for the designers when SJP came out because she is a fashion icon and she seemed very nice and appreciative of the designers. The top 2 designs were my top 2 as well. I did like it when Christian said he wanted to hear what SJP thought of his design! mom
Bye Bye Carmen!!!! Hated the necklace last night!!
I had just been talking over the weekend that they needed to have a male-fashion show, I was glad to see them have to tackle that, even though most of them - to me at least - did a very poor job.
Yes, for the most part, there were some pretty dull designs. I liked the winning outfit, but it was missing the third piece and I wonder if the jacket would have been overkill on the stripes.
I loved how they all fell apart when they had to design menswear! Genius.
Still love Christian and Elyse. Rami and his tone are working my last nerve, though.
And I'm FINALLY warming to Nina Garcia. Reading her blog about the episodes helps a great deal.
I may have posted this before, but wasnt there a "coming up on Project Runway" preview where the cute HIV positive guy has a "big announcement" and they show the other designers gasp? I saw that weeks ago, and nothing has happened.
Did they decide to edit it out, or is it still to come? Or did I dream it?
I'm afraid to venture into the blogs. I'm addicted as it is.
I remember hearing about that, doodle, but don't remember actually "seeing" the promos.
Elisa is totally my favorite ... especially after last week, when they asked her what planet she was from, and she said she came from a different planet bearing gifts.
Yes, she is unique for sure. She always seems to get it done without alot of fanfare. The fanfare is mostly by everyone else around her. She might just be the sleeper here.
I cannot believe the cutest guy is the straight guy.
Though the Israeli guy is hot, too.
I'm not sold on the spit mark/I cant see a man in his underwear bit, though I liked the planet comeback.
The BEST PR blog is the one Dave White writes for THE ADVOCATE. He is a snarky motherf*cker and can stop me dead with some of his hilarious observations. He also does THE ADVOCATE's American Idol blog and it's just as genius. You must, must, must read them!
As for Jack...look for something to happen around episode 5 (maybe 4). There's been much speculation, but nothing has been confirmed.
There's a straight guy in the show?
Kevin, the guy who wants to get out of jeans!
The one with the craziest beard this side of Roy Scheider in All That Jazz.
Hm ... ok. If he says so.
I never believe anyone who takes that long on a topiary on his face isnt at least bi...
I thought most of those designs were laughable. I think I did laugh out loud at Miss Piggy's.
I love that Kevin has to throw in the fact that he's straight at least once in each show. Just like Elisa has to do something kooky and hippie-like, Christian has to declare something fierce (usually something he's done or made), and Ricky has to cry six or seven times.
Anyway, I was happy with this week. Considering the fact that the vast majority have never made so much as a men's shirt in their lives, there were a lot of bright spots. I'm a bit surprised that Jack won, considering he did only make two pieces, but the color scheme and fit were perfect, and the details on the shirt were gorgeous. I honestly thought Sweet P would be in the bottom two instead of Ricky, because while his seemed badly made, at least it looked somewhat like a suit. Sweet P's shirt reminded me of the "dress" Ariel makes out of sailcloth in the Little Mermaid, complete with seagull rufflings.
But the fact that Carmen didn't even make a shirt... yeah, it was definitely a good aufing.
It was definitely between P-girl and Carmen, but I think they picked Ricky because he has not delivered so far. I'm guessing he goes next if he doesn't wow them next time.
Jack is openly POZ, so I wonder what the dramatic announcement could be.
Maybe it's that his pectorals are fake.
Sweet-P's shirt was a mess...but the pants and tie (though a titch long) were actually pretty OK.
The other two? Oy.
the only piece I liked was that navy jacket. What was the fabric again, terry? Anyway, I like that outfit.
