Borstal. Kind of agree.
And what wa swith the viwer poll - Daniel?? I don't think so. Santino baby.
It was great to see them chatting in the work room. It reminded me more of seasons past.
Tim's 3AM mistakes. Priceless.
I felt so awful for Jack.
When Tim said there was a suprise I was like "Its sooo Chris!" and it was!
It's a good thing he lived in NYC. Although I'm sure a few hours went by, though they probably rushed him over as quick as possible.
I hope he can tone down his costume mentality.
But that Christian, boy, personality aside, he has IT. I hope he makes it to the end at least. I'd love to see a full collection from him.
boy do I miss Santino... I really believe that it was his personality that made the show...
did anyone else think Kevin's "bustier and leggings" outfit was kind of trashy? I really didn't understand why it was up there, I just didn't think it was classy at all...
As irritating as Christian is, I do agree with you, mateo.
I think Kevin's outfit stood out because the woman he designed it for truly shined in it.

Chris March! Yay!
I felt really bad for Jack. Pardon me for being shallow (and I love Jack) but, did anyone catch the close-ups of his face? I didn't notice it before, but it looked like he had noticeable plastic surgery on his face...his nose, his lips...don't know why this was the first time I saw it. Anyway, of course he did the right thing by leaving. His first outfit of the competition (that dreamy black and white dress with the turquoise trim) remains one of my favorites.
It really didn't get any fanfare, but I LOVED Rami's dress--especially the old Hollywood-esque top. I thought it made the woman's body look really sexy!
Jillian did an excellent job--it was extremely smart to use the black piping as kind of an interior silhouette outlining the woman's shape...it managed to make her appear thin AND shapely at the same time. It was just a great looking dress and I loved the way it moved.
Christian deserved the win, so congrats to him. I loved the shirt and it was pulled together really well.

Exactly, Daydreamer. It was great to see her work that runway with such confidence! She was working the hair, working the outfit and enjoying the experience. She made me smile.

Chris is lame. How would Jack be able to come back once he's left?
I think they should bring jack back next season.

I don't know, Roninjoey. I guess they'd have to do a double elimination one week (maybe where they work in teams).

I noticed that about Jack's fact too ... but I thought maybe it had to do with the inflammation in his lip, because his face usually looks pretty normal.
I will say, and I'm TOTALLY speculating, but one of the long-term effects of HIV is a loss of facial fat, and I would think someone like Jack that's a model and relies on his looks probably had some kind of cosmetic surgery that might have been made more noticeable with the infection.

Maybe Daniel Franco will come back AGAIN.
I do think they should eventually have an all-star Project Runway. That would kick ass!

They should! I watch all of the Top Chef challenges, so why not?
Maybe Santino, Nick Verreos, Austin Scarlett, Wendy Pepper (for the drama)...
When that poll came up, I said in speculation that they are prepping for an all star show.
Though I as well did love Gillian's dress, I thought the judges were going to be harder on her for not using one of her main materials. Maybe it was just a rule misunderstanding on my part.
I was rooting for Kevin. I liked his outfit the best.
I was rooting for Chris as well. Though I was unhappy with his outfit (lose the red!) I'm glad he will still be in it. He lucked out, and next time will actually have the same time frame as everyone.
But yes, so sad about Jack. Hopefully he's doing well. At least he got is 15 minutes of fame (a little more, perhaps.)
And to add, although it is a competition, I thought it was extremly sweet to see other designers helping out Steven when they were finished.
I think the judges went easy on Jillian because her fabric did at least match the the shirt her client was wearing. Unlike Stephen, who not only didn't use the fabric he had, but bought a completely different fabric. And besides, her dress was utterly wonderful.
i really liked Rami's and was surprised that he was not recognized in the top... but I thought that Christian was much the best...
"Maybe Daniel Franco will come back AGAIN."
^ lol!
or Wendy Pepper......oooh she and Kara Saun did NOT like each other at all...and Kara, ya'll, she totally cheated with her final collection...trying to be all tie-in to the "Aviator" and saying it's not Gucci but stuff you've been doing for a long time - what did Gucci steal from you, i think not girl.
Has anyone else seen Jack's Flashdance video? It cracked me up...but that might be from the cold/being up all night working on finals:

Much as I enjoyed Christian's look this week and much as I ADORE Chris's personality, I think Jillian is really shaping up to be my favorite designer. Her or Kit Pistol.
I absolutely love everything about Christian. I love a kick ass femme boy who can make spectacular clothes. I thought I was going to ride the hate train, but I can't help but love him!
I'm really liking Jillian as well. And I think what saved her was the fact that not only did she choose the exact color, but she also made a terrific garment.
Poor, poor Steven. It was like pilgrim chic.
And luckily, Jack IS doing better...and apparently dating Dale from TOP CHEF 3!
That BITCH took MY MAN?????
Yu'huh.
Pretty-boy WHORE!

LOL. I'm going to miss him, he was one of my favorites for the entertainment value.
I'd love to see a Project Runway all-star competition. Let's not forget Andre.
I don't think she'll last too long, but I love Sweet P's personality. Fashionwise, I like Kevin, Rami, and Kit.
I was rooting for Stephen for the Chicago connection, but yeah, even I could have come up with a better concept for that dress.
Andre's probably too busy crying in the bathroom at a Red Lobster to come back on the show
